On December 2, I paid ***** $700 for combo brows and permanent eyeliner. Being my first time getting permanent cosmetics done, I showed ***** pictures of what I want and don't want, and clarified with her that I do not want only microshading and I do not want only microblading. I also filled out her service request form clearly stating I want combo brows, AND sent that to ***** in a private DM. Despite all of this, ***** gave me only microshading and not combo brows. I had this confirmed by other professionals. In addition to not giving me the service I paid for, ***** also didn't follow my basic requests such as not giving me red eyebrows. For the eyeliner service, I spoke with my eye doctor and ***** in advance about ensuring that the eyeliner would not be applied near my meibomian glands, since that could cause permanent damage. I have in writing with ***** in a DM that she understood the risk and never tattooed near this area. However, ***** did tattoo over my meibomian glands. I have a picture that clearly shows it, and again, confirmed this mistake with another professional. I told ***** that I was unhappy with the service since I didn't receive the service I paid for, and wanted a refund. I had to pay another professional to remove the eyebrows since it wasn't combo brows and didn't look anything like what I requested.
