              I purchased a H3333383432**33323330H from this company back in December 2023. It had a 60-day guarantee. The H3333383432**33323330H was way too soft, so we contacted them to exchange it. I had to pay an additional $1500 for the new H3333383432**33323330H. Now there&#**;s a big bulge in the H3333383432**33323330H. I don&#**;t sleep on the H3333383432**33323330H anymore. I have sent pictures to them as requested. I&#**;ve done everything they&#**;ve asked me to do. I am getting nowhere with them. When I call the corporate office, I am not able to get a hold of anyone. I just want a H3333383432**33323330H I can sleep on.

              Simply HORRIBLE experience!!! Ordered and paid for a mattress 07/13/23, was advised would be 3-5 wks for delivery. Called every single week starting at 6 wks out. All we were advised that was it should be soon, then the Company who makes the mattress' was coming out of bankruptcy or product shortage. Did get a $200 credit for the long wait and mattress protector (never got that either) and continued to call and wait. Finally on 01/08/24 called cancelled order and requested a refund; was advised 2 - 3 wks for refund. After 3 wks, called again and advised they only do refunds once a month and they do not know when Accountant cuts checks plus all communication w/Accounting is done via emails, so she has no one to speak to....give me a break!!! Most of the time you call, either voice mail is full or the person is not available and you cannot get a return call! THIS IS THE POOREST EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!! ZERO Stars. Stay away from this business!!!!!
