The owner way overpriced and did horrible job with sew in. I paid over $2400Business response

I am a licensed cosmetologist and certified hair replacement specialist. ***** came to my salon for hair replacement services. She received 2 consultations where the pricing and the process were explained thoroughly. She was eager to proceed and was serviced on October 21, 2021. She loved the end result so much that she tipped me $200 and wrote me 5-star review. Several days later she even sent me an email thanking me again for her "new hair" (see attached screenshot). ***** was instructed to call and schedule a maintenance (touch-up) for her hair unit in 4-5 weeks. I also instructed her, as I do with all of my clients, to give me a call in the event that she had any questions or concerns since it was her first time. She did neither.
I was not aware that ***** was having any issues until I began receiving messages regarding derogatory online reviews she left on several sites. Confused, I reached out to her via phone and email SEVERAL TIMES in an attempt to gain an understanding of what was going on, since I had not been notified of any issues previously. ***** has refused to return any of my phone calls, and has denied me any good faith efforts to rectify any issues she may have been experiencing. I am honestly confused by all of this. Please see the attached Before and After photos.
