These cleaners deep cleaned my kitchen, which did not include any of the cabinets. I discussed with the boss that I wanted to go through my whole house and clear it out/revamp with new organizational tools to help keep it clean after they were done, and I stressed that this would be a sizable job, but I also made it clear that I was willing to pay a good wage for the services. I was assured that this is a job this team could handle, so I hired them. The cleaners who arrived at my house were not ready or equipped to handle the job that I described in my message to the cleaning service. They kept going outside during their time in my home to call their boss to figure out what to do. When they were almost done with what they completed that day, one of the cleaners expressed that she recognized my brother by name from a photo on my fridge. When I confirmed that I know him, this cleaner proceeded to list other people from my life that she has been close with for years. This was incredibly uncomfortable for me, as I had expressed my embarrassment at the state of my home upon their arrival, and now I have reason to believe that my private home matters will not remain private. I paid them, and they left. When they messaged me asking if I would like to rebook, I explained the situation that made me uncomfortable, and the business did not bother to open my message or respond to my concerns. They have been posting on the same social media account that messaged me and ignored my concerned response. Since this, I have noticed that the cleaning methods used on my new microwave backfired and scratched it very badly. If I could leave my photo evidence in this review, then I absolutely would. I feel extremely like I have been taken advantage of, because I expressed wanting to pay a fair wage, and then they didnt do a thorough job. They damaged my microwave beyond repair. This business lacks professionalism and basic communication skills, and it would be a mistake to hire them.
