      I am writing this review to document my familys experience with Done Right Landscapes, which started in Nov 2023 After winter, I started watering our plants. I noticed many of the plants that we asked them to rip out were coming back in the same amounts as before their work. I also noticed that some of the plants they planted did not make it through the winter. I called the number that was provided in our folder. The call was answered, and we met one week later on March 10th. During this meeting, they agreed that they needed to tear out the weeds, plant new plants, and lay down more grass seed since their workers did not do that either. I was told to wait a couple weeks to see exactly how many plants they need, but they would reach back out to schedule a day.Despite being told that they would reach back out to honor their guarantee, I have not heard back from any of them. In April, I called their office and left a message with the receptionist. I also called and left a message using the number provided on their business card in the provided folder. Three days ago, I sent an email to the email address that sent us the proposal and have yet to hear back. Yesterday I left a ****** review as yet another attempt to get in touch with the company, and the owner responded to call back to the number that ignored me I am trying my best to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this process has been miserable at best, and almost feels like we got robbed at worst.

      The claim was taken seriously and acted upon immediately. We had a crew out the 6th of June to complete the job. We have not heard anything back from the Mansfield's. We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused and tried our hardest to rectify the situation. The job has been resolved.

      Contracted for landscaping and a small area of pavers to be laid. The paver project was the bulk of the bill. Less an a year later, my pavers/bricks have come lose and falling off. I contacted company about the warranty. They came out months later to re-cement some bricks. That lasted a few months only. Same issues. And now, the cement grouting between all the pavers is washing away. I had an underground drainage pipe installed. See picture. All grouting is gone. Situation getting worse. I threw away nearly *******. Horrible work.

      We did complete the warranty request, but from the message it seems it was not done correctly. I will have the new Aftercare specialist reach out to try and resolve this situation. This claim was on the list for quite sometime, and I do understand the frustration. I will address this as soon as possible.
