We had the entire interior of our house done. Excellent job on our home. They went above and beyond making sure we were completely happy. The teams all communicated with us on what would be done each day. ***** was truly delightful in her visits several times a day. ******************* painting crew were so nice to work with. They made sure to cover everything up before they started painting. Clean up was done each day so we could walk. We are so pleased with the job. Would highly recommend!!!

We had to have our old wood fence power washed and painted as a result of some recent storm damage. After comparing a lot of companies we researched around the ********* area, we decided to go with Five Star and are extremely glad we did! ******'s initial consultation was extremely informative and professional with absolutely zero pressure to sign right away, and he and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything with our insurance coverage was aligned without any issues at all. Communication with the project managers, ***** and ****, throughout the project was some of the best I've experienced in a long time from any contractor. They reached out in advance with detailed information explaining what to expect, made us aware of any schedule changes well in advance to help us plan accordingly, and frequently checked in from start to finish to ensure the project stayed on track and the work was done to our satisfaction. The painters, *** and *******, were very friendly, thorough, and efficient and made a VERY old fence look brand new! Overall, amazing customer service and quality, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone we know looking for similar work to be done. Five Star definitely lives up to their name!

I always hated the popcorn ceilings. I hated to LOOK UP! But, thanks to ******* and his family crew, I can't stop LOOKING UP!!! He is an artist when it comes to removing popcorn and painting. This company is WONDERFUL. We had a positive experience every step of the way. We had our entire home (interior) repainted. Wish wed done it sooner! What a difference a professional painting company can make. Our entire house (3 stories) was painted - everything from ceilings, closets, stair rails, trim, doors, wallseverything, - and its an old house so it needed lots of TLC/ repairs and 2 coats of paint they were done in just 5 days! The crew was absolutely top notch and really worked hard to do a beautiful job. This family owned business really goes the extra mile in trying to make you happy. They walk through to inspect at the beginning and end of each day and everyone is very helpful. They made a designer available to help me with color choices and she offered great suggestions. The whole experience was very positive and I can definitely recommend! Thank you 5-STAR!

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with 5 STAR Painting. First day a paint spill from one painter that tracked it on my new flooring. Some of the crew didn't speak English so It was difficult to communicate. The repairs I was told and had in writing were not completed satisfactory. The owner gave me a $200.00 to have someone else complete the repairs. I also had pain on outlets and switches.

*******,It pains our family to have our first bad review in over 3 years of business. We did everything we could to try and make you happy. Your walls were in horrible condition and we are very happy with how the walls looked when we left. Everything that was lined out at the time of the estimate with ****** was placed into the work order that is given to our guys. They did a phenominal job and fixed everything that was called out in the work order and that you and ****** discussed at the time of the estimate. ****** also took pictures and videos pointing out the drywall work you guys had discussed so there would be nothing lost in translation from our sales team to our production team. You signed the contract acknowledging the repairs to be done and we did just that. Within the contract that you signed it specifically states anything not listed below is not included. **** and ****** discussed the two drywall seams on the stairwell with you and you had stated that you didn't want to pay to have those fixed. Therefore, we did not fix those. The nail pops over the fireplace that I believe you are referring to, you stated we didn't need to fix or paint that wall because you were tiling it.The light switches: The color you chose was very close to the color that was previously on the wall. Because we use water based products that paint would come off with the swipe of a fingernail. It did not. I too thought it was our paint until it was brought to my attention to look closer. Sure enough, it was the previous color from a past paint job.The paint on the shoe: My guys made some mistakes here. He did spill a little and proceeded to step in, then drag it around. **** saw it on his shoe. We apologize for this inconvience as this is unacceptable. The floor should have been completely covered and it was not. That was mistake number 2. Luckily, like mentioned before, these are water based products and warm water and a rag brought it right up. I truly apologize for this inconvience.The original crew asked to be replace because of how you made them feel. I didn't hesitate to get another crew in there because I wanted a good job done for you, as I would for any of my customers. You refused to let us finish our work on two seperate occassions and told us you needed a break. Which turned your two day project into 12 days. In order to accomodate you, we adjusted our schedule several times.When **** and myself (****) showed up to take care of the additional drywall work you said was unfinished (and not called out in the videos or contract that you signed), there were small pieces of tape everywhere as if you stood 1/2 an inch away from the wall with a flashlight. To the extreme that there were two pieces I pulled off and asked you, "What issues are these marking?" You replied, "I must have just stuck some tape there." and proceeded to pull them off an wad them up because it was confirmed, they weren't marking anything and apparently there for dramatic effect. In this same visit, you asked me (****) if I would just take money off the quote so you could hire someone else for the additional repairs not discussed at time of estimate. I did not agree to the amount you requested which in another attempt to satisfy you, I proposed $200. You accepted. This was not my proposal as we were there to fix things outside of the scope of work in which you agreed originally. But as is every customer, we will do almost anything to ensure their satisfaction. Even if that means doing a little extra work outside of what was agreed upon.******* I truly am sorry this is how your experience has been, but we did everything we could to try to satisfy you and I'm very proud of the work my crew did for you.

From our initial estimate with ****** to scheduling with ***** to our experience with the painting crew (****** and ****), this was the perfect experience. Five star is thorough, responsive and very professional. ****** provided us with a quote less than 5 minutes after leaving our house. Carra called to schedule with us very quickly and was so professional and helpful during our initial and final walkthroughs, finding the smallest details I didnt even notice. Our painting crew, ****** and **** were such hard workers, did a phenomenal job with our painting, and were very friendly when I asked them questions. We couldnt have asked for a more positive experience, and we are so happy with our painting job! Would recommend Five Star to anyone looking to get painting work completed.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Five Star Painting of St Charles. We had a small job to do and we easily set up initial visit/quote on their website. They were prompt and on time. They did a thorough walk through with us of what we wanted to accomplish and gave us options and advice on how to proceed...all very efficient! A quote was given on the spot and once we agreed to hire them, they promptly called and set up a ********* to do the work. Great crew that showed up to do the work. They did an excellent job from start to finish, including the clean up!! We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. From the initial meeting to the completed, Five Star Painting of St. Charles is top notch. They painted the entire exterior of our home including *********** siding, shutters, soffit/facia, doors, and pillars. They were meticulous. The project manager would stop by twice a day to check in and any time I needed to touch base about some instruction (it was a big project!) there was always someone I could talk to. Every person on the crew was respectful and I could tell they enjoy working together. Our house looks brand new! I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend Five Star Painting of St. Charles.

Yes, Please!! Great team - ****, ******, ***** AND all of their crew were fantastic. This is the second time in a little over a year weve used 5 Star. First time was a major overhaul of our first floor, and then a smaller job of just the master bath.
