Paid in Full for a puppy from this company to be bought and have the name D and K boerboels. Waited over a year to get the puppy. Owner sends a dog from some unkown kennel as the owner of the puppy (top tier Boerboels) which was not in the contract and not who I agreed to purchase a puppy from. Told him the males I wanted the puppy off of, Black Panther was supposed to be the Sire, he sold multiple from him ( black panther) AFTER i had paid in full and kept pushing me off. Seller Refused to show me pictures of the Sire and DAMM and still has after repeated attemps. I paid for a dog from a top Kennel and got pushed off and sold to a no one. My puppy has ring worm on top of everything and his health cert is nothing like D and K produces. I paid top dollar and expected it and I got not even closeBusiness response

I fulfilled our agreement as it is written in our contract. The consumer accepted, and received, the puppy he agreed to. Otherwise, I would never have released an unwanted puppy to his care.Customer response

D and K boerboels has not fulfilled their contract. We asked over 3 months ago where the birth certificate was, their excuse then was covid. We have spoken to ***** where the puppy was supposed to be registered and it all falls on ***** *****, she can not even give me my own dogs birth certificate (***** puppy registration) because he has not submitted it under my name or registered the puppies at all! We still have ZERO proof we even have a 100 percent boerboel from this company.... we have no clue who the parents are.... taking his word on who they are means nothing..... he needs to send our ***** registration proving the parents. This should have come with the puppy or at least mailed out shortly after like he said would happen.....Business response

None of this is true. I mailed all information and documents about a month after he got the puppy. Parentage is already registered with Nabba.Customer response

This is a lie again, we have not received the birth certificate from ***** or d and k boerboels whowas supposed to send us it. We have contacted ***** and you can see from the attached response from them ***** ***** has to send us that which he has not. If he actually did it all he had to do was attach it show the proof
