I currently have a plumbing issue that has sewerage backing up in to my bath tubes and also shower. Both toliets are unable to use since Tuesday. Maintenance has talked rude and disrespectful stating that bath towels had been flushed down toilet but did not show evidence. Showed evidence of flushable wipes . Called leasing office have been spoken to disrespectfully. And un caring. Asked leasing manager about how I would be accommodated since Im in a rental with no plumbing and unable to have running water. No help and no concern for a tenant. No longer takes calls all go to voicemail today is Friday

This issue was caused by the tenants.  We were onsite within 30 minutes of initial call.  The call detail with supporting photos is attached.  The owner is not responsible to accommodate when the problem was created by the tenant.

I moved into this apartment on 1/21/2022. Prior to moving in, I looked at the property and there was nothing wrong. Then I moved in and there are roaches. I've been in the bathroom and the roaches are falling out of the vents. They have sprayed, but they are still around. The bathroom was leaking inside the wall. I sent them pictures of it. They fixed it upstairs but didn't fix my bathroom. This is not a safe place to live. IN the lease, it states if you break it, you are responsible for two months rent. I shouldn't have to pay that because of the issues here. They haven't complied with their part of the agreement.

We have no record of any further notification from this tenant after the first notification of the problem.  There have only been 2 work orders opened by the tenant one for the insect issue and one for the bathroom leaking. Both were responded to and completed.  The tenant called on September 1st and notified us that she was going to buy out her lease.  On September 6th she called back stating she was not going to pay the lease buyout.  She said she didn't think it was fair and the hung up.  We believe that the tenant is simple trying to break her lease.

I am rejecting this response because: I had called in May.  I sent pictures to them.  They told me that they will fix it.  I called twice in June.  They were to send maintenance.  I have been waiting for them to fix it and no one has came to fix it.  I will share pictures.

    Sincerely,

The pictures provided in the rejection are prior to the repair.  Attached is the original work order (Meld) with the pictures provided at the time the work order was created.  Also attached is a screen shot of all work orders created by the tenant.  Also attached is a log of communications from our property management system.  There is no record of calls after the work order was completed.
