On July 29,2023 I took advantage of an offer for 100 extra points with the purchase of chicken wings. I ordered the wings and paid with a gift card and ********** for the rest. When I got home I noticed there was no barcode. I sent the problem to their customer service I received a nice email stating they would be happy to help. I sent the information they requested.I sent it by replying to her email and from the place I used to start my complaint. I have not heard from ******* customer service since. I am requesting that my rewards be given to me as promised.Customer response
