well to tell you honestly they are very responsive on their ******** page... they will reply you as soon as possible specialy if you have concerns to their services... it was a great team and ill recommend them on some events that you want them... this is all based on my expirience with them.. they are great.. thankyou so much wagner portrait for the wonderful photo of my daughter..Wagner Portrait Group Response

Placed on order with these folks, through an email link which promised free shipping by midnight on that day. When the order was placed, shipping was charged. Called two days later and spoke to someone who stated they would credit my account for the shipping within ********************************************************* about the same issue . Three weeks later I still had no credit so I called them back. They stated there was a huge pop up window on the website stating you had to spend $60 for the free shipping (which conveniently was not there when the order was placed). Their rep stated this had been there the entire time and my order did not qualify for the free shipping, thus there was nothing they could do.Luckily, my child will be graduating and will no longer have any of these pictures taken. But I would stress to any and all parents of younger children: this place is overpriced, overpromises, and then lies. You should not order any pictures from them.Wagner Portrait Group Response

Absolutely the WORST business I have ever dealt with. Forgive my language but this place is a complete S*** show and really should charge half of what they do given the level of product and service....if I operated this way, I would be fired!!!! I have never bought anything from this business, nor do I intend to. They got my information from the school district. I get 2 to 3 emails every day asking that I purchase a portrait package. I have clicked "unsubscribe" numerous times and still receive emails. I have emailed them directly 3 separate times at their contact email asking to be taken off the list and still receive emails. Now I am also getting texts. I have reported this company to the *** as well.Review from Laura H

Wagner misspelled my sons name and so he never received his photos. After being on hold for nearly an hour I was told I would receive my order. Part of my order arrived extremely blurry and the other part was never received. I call again with nearly an hour hold to be told the image taken was blurry that I would need a refund, only to have their computer system crash. I was told I would get a call back and never did. A third phone call was made and still did not result in a refund. I was told I would hear from the owner but did not after 7 days. I finally made a bad review on Facebook and was contacted via Facebook messenger by the owner. He says I will be refunded in 3 to 5 days. I am hoping he is true to his word but that won’t be know for a few days. I will be contacting the athletic director at the school to make them aware as well. Hopefully the school will choose a different company next year.Review from Debbie J

In May my son graduated, Wagner Portrait Group was unfortunately who our school has contracted with for portraits. I received an email of a picture of another young man to order. They still have not produced a picture to order except candids of him in a background. Spoke with ******* Wagner personally, she promised to get this taken care ofapologyblah blah blah.. 2 emails later-no response ( since September).Not only have they lost my sons photos, they have terrible customer service. My daughter graduates in May of 2022, I literally cant stand the fact that they are the ones I have to order from as I dont ever want to put another ***** into their account!Review from Kelly D

My son's picture day was on 09-13-2021 at ******************** I received the download but nothing else. I emailed customer support 2 times and have not heard back from them. I am trying to call them as I am typing and I have been on hold for 25 minutes. It sounds like someone picks up and then puts me back on hold.Review from Letia G

This company is a joke and I wish my child's school would not use them for ANY pictures. They have messed up nearly every single order that I've made with them. They've sent me the wrong child photos, sent me the wrong team photo, and not given me the package I paid for. I want these memories of my kids, but at what expense? Having to leave messages for someone to finally call me back and then act as if I did something wrong? They're are unprofessional and act as if they've never taken a photo before. They have no idea about lighting, posing, or how having one of the tallest kids on a team in the front row makes ZERO sense. Or maybe they just don't care at all.Also, it's ************************************************************************************************************************** they call it texting your photo to you. It's hard for me to believe that most companies can have functioning websites that are user friendly and ********************** can't. If I was an administrator of a school, I would NOT allow this company to take yearbook photos or sports photos.Review from Angela A

Terrible customer service. I cannot get through via phone or by submitting a customer request via email. I never received an item that was part of my purchased package. So disappointing as always.
