      Hired ******* Facilities Management in December after receiving an estimate for a concrete driveway extension and a 12 X 20 deck off the back of our house for $11,400.00. We paid the deposit of $5,700.00 by Visa credit card on 12.07.2023. Cleared as transaction on credit card on 12.08.2024. We were informed that work would begin as soon as they started and finished a couple other projects they had. We asked multiple times about the materials being ordered. ******** ******* told us the materials were ordered in January 2024 and again multiple times after. Driveway was never poured and we questioned multiple times. Stated that his workers would be here in March to pour driveway, never showed up. We fired ******* from driveway project and hired another company and asked for new contract for deck only. Deck was not started until April and only minimal work was done by his worker due to not being paid either. Contract completion date was 05.03.2024 and based on the pics below there is no deck and he will not refund our money. Says he can't refund it until 05.31.2024, but originally told us prior refunds will be processed in 5 business days. As of today, no refund and he has stated he can't pay us our money back, he doesn't have the funds.

      I totally understand your frustration and concerns.  I am very sorry that you and your wife had to experience bad service from our company.  Scope of work project schedule was never executed properly.  This is not how we want to run a company.  I will make sure your refund is approved and submitted.  We apologize and we are deeply saddened that you all had to experience this level of service.  You all will receive a full refund by 5/30/2024.

      I am rejecting this response because:  we were told that a refund would be processed in five business days.   The contract completion date was 05.03.2024.  The five business days as directly relayed by the owner would have been this past Friday, 05.10.2024.   It is unacceptable that he spent the money we paid him in December with very little work being done and now telling us he doesn't have the money to refund us and that we have to wait over 20 days to expect to see any sort of payment.
