DNI has failed time and time again for our subdivision. This year they failed to open the pool in scheduled timeline, fix the kiddie pool and keep the pool open during basic hours. They have not provided lifeguards on regular basis and they have failed to even open the pool everyday. When the scarce day it is open they close it early as they don't have another lifeguard to take over. Our dues were raised and now we have no pool, large potholes and nothing gets fixed and when reported no answers are given.

DNI has negatively impacted the adult culture in our subdivision by their representatives gossiping directly to homeowners about Board members annd other neighbors. Our representative at DNI spoke on issues that the board of directors had not made decisions on. When I asked basic questions like what is the operating definition for pergola in the subdivision I was responded to with tell me what you want and Ill tell you if you can have it.It took multiple phone calls and several emails to get access to basic documents as a new homeowner.The lack of follow through, investigation, and following details caused DOZENS of unnecessary communications that ultimately resulted in conversations with the community about raising fees for the community. They dont respond appropriately and then use the number of emails to justify higher prices. The stress that I endured as a result of having DNI managing our subdivision was costly in both time, relationships, money, resources, and quality of life. DNI made it a point to insist they are the direct contact for our board and didnt fill our board in on issues. DNI claimed Issues with the building of retention basins were closed despite numberous emails stating that I HAD AN ISSUE. They refused to open an issue for me, contact necessary people or follow through. I documented several emails where I asked how to open a work order and l, like many other times, I was stonewalled.

I'm a part of a condominium association and pay $248 a month and supposed to have representation by our committee. DNI Properties is supposed to help manage things and not control us. ***** ****** takes over and is condescending to us. If I voice too many complaints, I was banned from the portal. She has banned me because she doesn't like the way I talk. I would be glad to meet with people and defend myself and I can't defend myself if they won't talk to me. People should read their website because they have about 98% poor ratings.

Our experience with DNI has been horrible. The representative we work with lacks customer service and communication skills. Weeks will go by and I have to send multiple follow up emails to get a simple response. I have lived in communities with property management companies for much of my life, and have never had such terrible service. I would not recommend!

I want to start out stating that this is the second review I have ever written. Beware... all the low star rating reviews of DNI Properties apply to myself, the subdivision in which I live and fellow residents. Prior to our subdivision hiring DNI Properties three years ago, I was head of our architectural committee for 20 plus years. I know a little on how to handle resident concerns, issues, and projects. DNI Properties are unprofessional, high turnover of employees, rude, poor communication - if any, demanding, authoritative - there way or no way, and clueless to our subdivision and landscape. This applies to all level of employees and management. One has to remember, DNI Properties is a customer of our subdivision, our *************** pay for their "service". Our board members hired them. I personally have been in the business world for over ********************************************************** closing, without going into detail of several miss managed projects and consistently spending unnecessary subdivision money, I would never hire this company. Please do your own research and read all reviews before hiring a professional management company.
