      On 3/24/2022 we hired Ozarks Pool and Spa Co. LLC to open our pool. They came inspected the pool. We received an invoice for $757.40, which included parts for repairs, chemicals and pool opening fee. When they came to perform the services, they told us they were unable to, as we needed additional plumbing. They issued an invoice dated 3/29/2022 for $157.53, that included labor to be performed. After multiple calls and many "no shows" their excuses would range from bad weather, family illness, to severe poison ivy. They did come in ****** at which time they told us that we would need additional parts not identified in the prior two inspections. A new sand filter was ordered and we paid a $619 invoice dated 4/20/2022. When they came to install the new sand filter, they told us we needed another part. We received and paid an invoice of $150 dated 5/19/2022 for new "basket/lid" for the pump. This was the last time they came out. After that, we attempted to contact them via phone and text. The few response received again included excuses of weather and family emergencies. Often we were told they would call us back to schedule a date. That never happened. In November 2022 I asked for the cover to the pool back. They had taken it it to be cleaned during the their first sight visit. However, according to them it was in poor condition and they had thrown it away. I spoke with the owner in November, he said he would come to close the pool and open it up the following season for free. He also stated he would send me a link for me to buy a new pool pump and he would replace the pool cover. We haven't heard from them since. We have all the invoices and copies of some of the text messages. We just would like them to make it right and maybe get some of our money back for materials and services never received. However, most importantly we would like to ensure that the next customer in line receives better care.

      My husband and I, ***** and ***************************, hired your company in May to put our pool in. You said you would be able to do it in the next few weeks. A few weeks went by with no answer to when you would start so we called again. This time you set a date youd be over to start the install. That date came and went no one showed up and we never received a call as to why or to reschedule. This happened every week over the course of the entire summer. Over and over again we were promised service with no shows and no communication. We were always the ones that had to call your company to see what was going because no one bothered to phone us. We called mid July again and was told that you would be able to instal our pool in the next two weeks. We were told that we needed to purchase the sand and rock before you were scheduled to come out. So on July 12, 2022 we ordered rock and sand at $575.00 they said it would be delivered in 2 business days. We have yet to see the sand and rock. **** requested a refund several times and she keeps telling ******** put in a request for a refund and still have not heard anything. Unfortunately for you we have all the documentation, emails, texts and receipts to take you to small claims court to recoup our money. Which we will if this isnt taken care of with in the week. I have already filed a report/claim through the better Better Business Bureau and ***************************. I will also be filling out any and all reviews on your company so no one makes the mistake we made. Thanks

      Paid $3500 for a jetted tub they said they'd have to order. When trying to check on the status, the phone has been disconnect. Looking up their address on BBB takes it to the middle of the ***** that has no house. They first came out to take measurements on mar 24, 2022 and the current date is may 26, 2022. They said the work would originally be done within 20 days. I've been scammed.

      The business owner made contact and explained that their cell phone had been damaged and replaced. This explains the appearance of the phone being disconnected for a period of time.

      April of 2021 we hired **** to install an above ground pool for us. We hired our own guy to take care of excavation and prep work. There were delays day one from ****. Weather did play a factor in it, but once **** and his crew showed up, they started to install the pool. **** forgot parts needed, had to drive back to *******. Left his workers, who clearly did not not what to do without **** ****** so they sat around and waited on him. Once it came time for the liner, this is where it went sideways. The "new" liner had two holes in it. They patched it and filled the pool about 2 feet high. They left. After several weeks of back and forth, **** showed up with his girl friend and he worked on the pool. The liner was terribly wrinkled. He kicked the h*** out of the liner to get wrinkles out. filled the pool and added some salt and said, we were good to go. We had to call a couple of times to get the ladder that was supposed to come with the pool. They delivered what appeared to be a used ladder. Some bolts were missing, we ended up selling the ladder on Camden County Garage sale. **** said he had experience with salt water pools, that was a lie. We ended up spending an additional $1,200 to get a Hayward Aqua Rite sale Chlorination System for the pool to correctly maintain the pool. Now on the the holes in the liner. **** said he would replace the liner. We decided to use the pool for the summer and then have him replace the liner. Part of the deal was to close and open the pool once. Never happened. He jerked us around on the closing and finally dropped off the winter cover and we closed the pool ourselves. This year March 2022 we contacted him about the new pool liner. He said he had to install it. We cannot go around with **** again. I have ordered and received the new liner and additional materials to have the liner installed by another pool company to the tune of $3,000. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy for a pool install.
