      I don't normally do this and I've been a long time fan of #LamsGarden in Crystal City/Festus. But yesterday my mom placed an order and picked it up. We didn't eat it immediately and discovered at like 8pm that something was missing. Today we found the receipt and saw we did purchase the missing item. I called and explained. The young girl on the phone checked with her boss and came back to ask "why we waited until today"..i explained that I worked today and we had to locate the reciept to be sure and just figured it out. She put me on hold and went back to boss. Came back and said there was nothing they could do because I waited. I told the girl that I wanted to speak to her boss because I understood she was just doing as told and didn't want to give her trouble. She put me on hold again. Came back and said "I'm sorry there is nothing we can do because you didn't call last night" and then she hung up on me.

      First of all,  I am sorry that this customer sent a complaint to your bureau. On the night( approximately 6pm,01/18/2024) this customer called for missing one order of Crab Rangoon. We are pretty good about taking care of missing items within a reasonable time frame. The customer ordered on 1:44 pm 01/17/2024 and called back for missing food on 6ish pm 01/18/2024. She had plenty of opportunities to call and disclosed it. We closed at 9pm the day she ordered and opened at 11am next day. The girl who was on the phone with her did the right response and even apologized to her for any inconvenience. I was off for my husband’s birthday. And within an hour, she was starting to try to catch on the public attention. Frankly, I wish I was working at the night she called( maybe the outcome would be different). Sadly, she is now on our “ do not serve “ list. Originally, I was trying to offer her some discount for next purchase. And one order of crab Rangoon is $4.29. 
      Fyi, the last time this customer placed order on phone was 08/03/2021. 

      we are in the business for 39 years, and of course that you can’t make everyone satisfied. But I alway remind myself to be kind to one another.

      We had it delivered 2 days ago. When we got the food, it did not look good. I called them that night. They had excuses about the food. We ate the food and the next day, me and my wife were very ill. We were throwing up and had to be in the bathroom for several hours. We both felt it was because of the food. We called them the next day and they did not want to do anything about it.

      Dear sirs and/or  madams,
      I am very sorry that you received the complaint.
      With being in the business for 36 plus years at the same location, we are very humble and appreciated of all the support and love we have. This guy called the day he got his pot stickers and said it looked crispy and brown. And did not even wait till I reached the phone and tried to talk to him and hung up. In our computer(POS) indicated that it might be their first time to try the pot stickers. The reason why it called pot stickers, it’s because we pan fried the dumplings till it gets crispy and brown. We sells lots of them because we are the only one around our area that makes the pot stickers ourselves from scratch. We are very proud of it and our customers love it. 
      And the following night right at we were about ready to close(8:55pm-9:00pm), a women called and wanted their money back. I told them if they did not feel good and they should go to emergency room and get check. If it is our fault, our insurance will pick up the medical bill. And they got upset. 
      We have been in the business for over 36 years, and have been taken lots of safe serve classes. If you got food poison, it should happen immediately and not after 24 hours. On the top of it, there’s no one what so ever called and complained for a long time.
      We are the victims who people try to take advantage with. Sad! 
      Attached is the order they had, and they only spent around $30 for the food. The delivery fee is for the driver. And you can see the price for pot stickers is only for $5.49 plus tax. If we did something wrong, we always will do our best to make it right. However, if we don’t, even though it’s only $6, we will not go for it.
