Bought a 55 chevy 5 peace front bumper in August at ******* ***** **** **** and now the crome is peeling off and I called they said to send back at my cost and they repair it pthen week later they sent me a text saying to send bumper back at my cost and they refund my money for bumper but I still pay for shipping its a loose loose with this company thus car never left the garage and was only sitting on car with bolts snug up the next morning crome was peeling off in circles I don't trust to send bumper back when they have my.money I feel I won't get my full refund the crome plating on this bumper is very bad unceptable and now it peeling off on the left corner and center what's the best way to go about this i don't trust them I shouldn't have to pay shipping back toget my refund its there fault its peeling they should be covering at all cost ijust want a nice bumper or my money prefer a bumper and they cover shipping I payed 750 dollars and drove 800 miles to buy it one way I shouldn't have to pay shippingBusiness response

TOn august 13 ***** ******** and his family came up to our booth looked at the display that was laying on the table at the *** **** ********* ******** to my knowledge this is the first time I have ever talked to him about any bumpers. We told him a price of $750 between all that was there with his group they could not come up with the full amount of $750 they was a few dollars short. We wrapped the 5 pc 1955 bumper up same one that he just looked at and agreed to buy and they went on about their way he called to tell us he had a problem told him to send us pictures told him to send me 5 pieces of the bumper back and I will send you your money back. He sent the attached text message back explaining he would not send the bumper back till he he got a refund he was not going to pay shipping to send it to us. He stated he drove 800 miles to buy the bumper we had no prior arrangements with ***** to get this bumper he drove that far to go to the *** **** ********* ******** ******** not to meet us. I have attached text messages I have record of told him once I receive the bumper back I will send him a check last message I got was my lawyer will take it from here see you in court. Once I receive the bumper back from ***** I will gladly give a refund back on the bumper. you can not go to ******* and get your refund back without returning the product first.
