E.S.Leonard promptly returned my call yesterday regarding water in my basement. I wasn't sure where it was coming from and was very concerned because several items were affected and had to be thrown away. **** arrived at my home at 9:30 this morning to assess the situation. He was very professional and in less than 5 minutes, he showed me a broken copper water line coming in from the outside faucet. **** told me I needed a plumber and that the issue was not related to any waterproofing problem needing to be addressed. When asked how much I owed for the trip/service call, he told me nothing - that he was in the area for something else. I was astounded!**** certainly impressed me as an honest man - not trying to charge me for waterproofing I didn't need. In addition, no charge for the trip is almost unheard of!If I ever need waterproofing services, I will call ****. I highly recommend him to anyone who has water issues in their home.E.S. I could not be happier with how my yard turned out. Having the downspouts and sump pump line buried and going out to the street will give me some peace of mind next time it storms. It's funny I met **** at a physical therapy session, and he came out and did some work for me, and I had a wet basement for 30 years in my house, any fixed it and I didn't have to jack the house up I didn't have to dig a new foundation I didn't have to do any of that he came out here he rerouted the water on my property and my basement hasn't flooded since. He did it at a reasonable price he did excellent work, and I would recommend him to anyone anytime.E.S. Leonard Contracting LLC Response

II forgot that we met at physical therapy. A cool memory for sure! Although diverting water on the exterior doesn't always end regular water entry, you had a detailed, well attended concept of what had been going on inside and out. That really helped peg down the most likely path to take on the exterior. Good to hear all is well.Review from Garrick G

****, owner of E.S. Contracting, came to my house for an estimate for a basement crack. We also had him fix another crack, and true to his work, he charged exactly what he estimated. His friendly, fine and highly recommended work is trustworthy and highly recommended. He also said if we've any questions to not hesitate to call him. Thanks, ****, for the wonderful work.
