Four days after moving into a new home, it was raining, and my ceiling began to leak. So, I needed a new roof. A friend of mine recommended Restoration Professionals, and I am glad she did. I wanted a company that could provide a quick response, expertise, and high quality. Restorations Professionals delivered all these qualifications and more. ******* quickly accessed my situation, and presented a solution. He was knowledgeable and professional, and he clearly understood the urgency of my situation. They were able to replace the roof in one day. It no longer leaks and it looks great! If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Restoration Professionals.

******* at Restoration Professionals made a stressful situation so much better. We had a terrible hail storm in **********. ******* came to our home, checked everything out, filed the claim with our insurance company, and came back days later to meet the adjustor. Then he scheduled the repairs, keeping us informed of each step. One of the best experiences with getting the work done on our home. Our roof and guttering was completed in a timely manner and this contractor worked with us and our insurance company to ensure our storm damages were covered. My past experience with roofers has not been pleasant. However, ******* assured me that he would do the job to my approval. His crew completed the roof work in one day, and cleaned up the next day. There were a couple of issues, but ******* quickly fixed those. After the job was complete and payment was made, I discovered one of my gutters had been damaged during the work. I alerted ******* of this, and even though the job was done, he still sent his guys back to repair the gutter. ******* stands by his work and makes the extra effort to satisfy his customers. Restoration Professionals was stellar from start to finish. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and explained and documented all of the specifics and costs after a hail storm damaged our roof. He worked directly with the insurance company to ensure that all damage was fixed and within their estimate, so that our insurance coverage held **. Cold weather was imminent, so he even squeezed ** in the very next week. The roof had a number of custom features that they worked through flawlessly, and we absolutely love the result. I have now used Restoration Professionals for 2 different homes, and will continue to recommend them to everyone.Restoration Professionals LLC Response
