The new sliding doors that were installed in January have been a continuing problem. Originally it took several weeks to have the two locks installed. Then I pointed out that I couldn’t get the windows clean. It took about three months and several calls before he contacted the glass company. The glass company agreed to replace the glass. Because if Covid it will be 10 to 12 weeks before it will come in. That is understandable but I wish they had been more proactive in the beginning. Now the door lock doesn’t work. My biggest complaint is the company, even though I paid in full, had shown little concern to solve the problems I have had. Even when I text and email them . This company has the doors, but will not answer my calls or schedule a time to install them.Business response

We have been in contact with the consumer and have been trying to schedule a time to replace the glass in the door. The consumer is working with our company to get this schedule.Customer response

The company came out on Monday and took care of the issues.
