      I purchased a vehicle on 01/08/2024 from Autry Morlan Nissan in ******* *** On 01/31/2024 approximately 9-10 o' clock at night my vehicle loss all power when turning. The next day we called to bring it in, we thought maybe the alternator was going out. They told us with ******* miles on it the alternator is probably out and we would have to pay out of pocket due to the alternator not being covered on warranty. But then our check engine light came on and the car made a rattling noise and the car acted up when accelerating. We put less than ***** user miles on the car. We were told we were missing 2 quarts of oil in that short period of time. We brought the vehicle into the service department. Around February 1, 2024. The dealership called and said our vehicle was fixed. My boyfriend did not even make it out of town before noticing the same problem. Fourteen codes were hidden. We were told that they would fix the car. If not we would get a refund. Now it is almost April and the manager has refused to give us a refund. Our car was in the service shop for over thirty days. My finance company said the dealership has my down payment they could give us our money back. They did not provide the first service ticket as requested. The ones I provided were the last two. Also the vehicle we purchased was not the one in the picture. Ours has the paint missing the one sent to us did not. Our vehicle struggles getting up the hill. Since we got it back. They told my boyfriend, mother, and I they put a new engine in our vehicle. Looking at the service ticket they did not. I am very unhappy with this business. Our car struggles to get up the hill.

      Ms. ***** purchased a vehicle which was repaired in our service department at no expense to Ms. *****.  During the time it was in our service department she was provided a car to drive at no expense to her which she returned with a  damaged tire and wheel.  At our expense we repaired and replaced the necessary parts to a vehicle that was sold with no dealer warranty.  ************** stated that we hid 14 codes on the vehicle which is not possible to do.  She also implied that we switched vehicles from the one she saw on the internet which was not possible because we did not have an identical car to exchange.  We have repaired the car as agreed and the customer was given all the the service tickets pertaining to the repair.

      On August 24th 2022, I went to Autry Morlan in hopes of getting an appraisal on my vehicle. They are a car dealership that had been advertising good prices on the radio. They asked me to fill out some information on a form and said that they would never use the information, except to contact me. They misused the information I gave them by inquiring on my credit. I now have a false hard inquiry on my credit report and never authorized such an action. I never gave them permission to use that information except for contacting me, and Autry Morlan employees stated they would not file a credit report. They deceived me, and I am now fighting to erase the inquiry. It was very unprofessional and an act of identity theft to the highest degree.

      We have spoke to *** ******** regarding the miscommunication between the sales representative he gave his credit information to and the Sales manager who ran his credit inquiry. He has chosent to accept a detail of his current vehicle to compensate him for our error.

      I took my Nissan Altima to Autry Morlan Nissan Service department for repairs. The air conditioning was no coming out of the front vents. An actuator was stated to have went out and they ordered a part from Nissan and replaced the part. My Dash had been damaged at that time and they had someone smear vinal repair over them. A few months later when time to use the defrost the defrost was not working. They stated a different actuator went out and ordered the part from Nissan and replaced it. A few months later the the original problem was back again the air conditioning was not blowing out of the front vents again. The manager at that time stated that this would be warranty work and would cost us little to nothing to be repaired, as it should have been fixed correctly the first time. They kept my vehicle for over a month and when it came time to pick my vehicle up they had a different manager. He would not do the work as warranty, stating the best he could do was give us the parts at cost. My husband picked my car up and paid most of the bill at that time. When I got in the vehicle I immediately noticed all the damage to my car. The Dash had gouges and chips out of it down to the foam, there was black grease on the passenger front seat and interior of the car, also there was antifreeze in the floor board. The lock out for the transmission- the flap covering the hole was ripped off. The next day or so we discovered that the trunk would not open via key fob, button on the trunk either. We therefore discovered that the trunk release button located in the glove box was broken and just flops around- damaged when they took my entire dash out for repairs. When as since discovered that my remote start was stolen off my car during the time Autry Morlan had my car. The wiring harness was disconnected and just draped over the stirring column and the box for the remote start was missing, and the wires were cut where it attached to the wiring harness.

      We at Autry Morlan Nissan Inc are most concerned that customers receive the absolute best in service.  Customer satisfaction is very important to our company.  We want customers to be 100% completely satisfied with their visit to our dealership.

      ***** ****** **** * **** *** ****** ****** ** *****Morlan Nissan is trying to resolve the complaint with ***** & ****** ****** on their 2008 Altima that was in our shop for repairs.  ***** ******** oversaw our service department during the timeframe (01/10/2022) the ******'s brought their vehicle in our shop.  Unfortunately, the technician that was working on the ******'s vehicle contracted Covid-19 and he resigned on 02/02/2022, ***** ******** also left the company on 02/02/2022.  Therefore, another technician had to step in and complete the repairs to the ******'s vehicle.

      Mr. ****** came in on 02/15/2022 to pick up his vehicle and was told the amount he owed.  Mr. ****** explained to us what ***** ******** had told him that his bill would not be that much.  The service manager for Morlan Nissan, ***** ******, came to talk to Mr. ****** and they agreed to put everything to cost.  Mr. ****** paid part of the bill and agreed that he still owes for the remaining balance.

      Mrs. ****** called back with their complaints, so ***** ****** set them up with an appointment on 03/25/2022 to have the ******'s bring their vehicle to the shop.  ***** met wtih Mr. ****** on 03/25/2022 to look at and discuss the repairs that was needed, Mr. ****** agreed to the repairs at no cost to Mr. and Mrs. ******.  ***** ****** ordered the parts and an appointment will be made with the ******'s when the parts are shipped to our parts department.

      Again, I cannot stress how important customers are to us here at Morlan Nissan and important complete satisfaction is to our dealership.  It is our mission at Autry Morlan Nissan Inc. to give every customer the best service possible and have them completely satisfied.

      I am rejecting this response because: They did not address the theft of the remote start off my car while in their possession.  Also they did not address the black grease that they got all over the interior of the car. They did not address the damage to the dash they infected. Also they did not address the warranty of the prior parts we paid for that were ordered from nissian new. They took these parts off the car the 3rd time we had it in for repair. They need to refund us the money from these prior repairs as they did not fix the problem the prior 2 times we had it in for repair.
