I was on a payment plan with this company and I did not realize I was being charged late fees of 3.5%. They took out another payment without my consent and refuse to provide an itemized statement so I can verify what I owe.

      Business response

We have been in contact with ***** about her account being past due and have worked out her making payments to us to get her account caught up. Our system adds automatic late fees which we were kind enough to remove them all. We have never ran her card without her approval and would never think of doing so. We hold our Company to a high standard and try to accommodate all our customers. ***** gave me approval last week and again this week on Wednesday to run her card for her remaining balance due. I have notated it on her account that we spoke and that she approved again on Wednesday 4/24 to run her card this Friday 4/26 for the remaining balance. When I ran her card this morning she immediately called me yelling at me that she wanted to see her statement first, which it is in the mail and then proceeded to hang up on me. I have now emailed it to her for her to review. I hope she understands that we have done nothing but been kind and willing worked with her the whole time to resolve her past due account.

I am rejecting this response because: She ran the card w/o my permission. She sent me a statement after I made a complaint.

      Sincerely,

This is not true. I did not run her card without permission per our conversation on 4/24 and previously the week before. I mail the statement out to her on 4/24, per our discussion. Maybe she didn't get the statement prior to Friday due to the mail system. We worked with her so closely to get her account caught up from last year and it's unknown why now she is so angry with us.

They were hired by the county to clean up my property. I am leery to contact this company due to fear of retribution. By that I mean an even larger bill. The county essentially gives them a blank check, then sends me a bill in the form of additional property tax and puts a lien on my house. They came to my house, and drove a tractor up and down my asphalt driveway for several hours. This caused the asphalt to collapse, creating ruts from the top of the hill to the bottom. At the bottom of the hill where my driveway levels off the ruts turned into 2 big holes. The area in and around the holes, all of the pavement is pretty much broken up into gravel. They effectively destroyed my driveway. I couldn't upload photos on here due the very low limit on the file size. I have tons of pictures of the damage.

      Hello,

We were hired by Jefferson County to complete a solid waste cleanup at ************************* property at ************************************************************************. The road damages were already existing when we arrived therefore we are not responsible for any road damages. I do however recommend if ******* has any additional issues or concerns to please contact Jefferson County directly and I'm sure they will be happy to assist him.

       Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
The damage is not on the road, it is on my driveway. It was created by the tracks from their bobcat. The bobcat created ruts into the asphalt.

      Sincerely,

      *******,

I'm sorry but we are not responsible for previous deterioration of the asphalt. You can clearly see in the photos that this could not have been from us.

Thank you and have a great day

Mr. **** ******' company, Precision Lawn Care, is contracted to remove snow in the subdivision where my husband and I reside. On January 25, 2023 his truck, driven by ******** ******, knocked down our mailbox. ******** came to our door, gave us his information and verbally accepted responsibility. **** ****** contacted *************** and got a quote to replace the mailbox. He was told by Mr. **** ******** that the mailbox was not repairable. When Mr. ****** contacted us he wanted to send his buddy out to repair the box. When questioned about his friend's qualifications, he indicated that his buddy did not have a business or was employed by a business as a brick mason. We have a very nice home ($500K) and did not feel comfortable with this suggestion and expressed this to Mr. ******. We, in turn, contacted Mr. ******** of *************** and had him come out to our home the very same day. He offered to put up a temporary mailbox, haul away the destroyed box and place us on a list for a mailbox replacement, the exact same style that was destroyed. We signed a contract and put 50% deposit down. We we informed Mr. ****** of our decision, he was not happy and is now refusing to replace the mailbox. My husband and I feel that he is trying bully us. We are senior citizens and feel that we were left between a rock and a hard place. We need a mailbox and feel that we made the right decision at the moment.

      Hello,

This statement is not 100% correct. On Jan. 25th, 2023 one of our trucks unexpectedly backed into Mrs. ********'s mailbox. Right away she did call ****, the owner and made him aware of the situation. Our company was reaching out to at least three contractors to get bids for the repair or replacement of the mailbox. One contractor **** ******** arrived the same day but the two other contractors stated that they would not be able to arrive the same day due to it being during the snow storm. **** ******** proceeded to convince Mrs. ******** to sign a contract with him even though he was notified we needed his bid along with two others to then send to our insurance company. We never received a bid from ****. **** spoke to a second stone mason and seen the pictures of the damage and was confident that it could have been repaired he stated he could look at it on and possibly repair it on Jan 27th, 2023. This was discussed with Mrs. ******** as well. Due to Mrs. ******** and **** ******** not respecting our procedures and rushing into signing a contract on the same day of the snow storm, Jan. 25th, we feel that this matter is now out of our hands. We hope that Mrs. ******** understands where we as a business are coming from and hope that in the future can be a little bit more patient with companies that have procedures they go by. We are in no way a company that misleads or takes advantage of people. This matter could have been handled better by both other parties **** and Mrs. ********. Kind regards, Precision.
