      My family and I went to the ************ on December 10, 2022 for $120. Our tickets stated that we would have a 45 minute tram ride through lights and animals, a ************* with *****'s reindeers, and there would be photo packages available with Santa. We did not get any of these things. Our tram ride was about 20 minutes long and only through a few animals. There were no reindeer and no picture packages with Santa at all. A staff member named *** told everyone in front of their children that they normally show more animals before the tram ride but were to short staffed for that right then. This was all false advertising and completely disappointing to us and our children. The company then contacted us through email after we left a review attempting to change the listing but I have the original email that says what all was supposed to be available. This isn't right and we want our money back because we were lied to.

      Long story short, I purchased six tickets to this zoo off a Groupon in July. We werent able to use it at that time. We were going to save it for December when we came back. We live 7 1/2 to 8 hours away. Just the other week I decided to check the Groupon and make sure everything still good and I seen it was redeemed November 14, which I was at home in ******** so I called the merchant and they didnt know what was going on. We were going to work something out but in the end I was gonna lose $40 and I didnt want that. So I called Groupon and they told me the merchant has to write an email stating that I did not come in to redeem these vouchers and then Groupon would refund me the money. After speaking to ***** through email back-and-forth multiple times, she didnt want to take the time to drop a little email so I can forward it on up so I can get this taken care of. If Groupon has an option to get assistance on for something like this and clearly it happens often. So I dont understand why ***** couldnt just help me out. Groupon cannot refund me my money because she wouldnt write the email. Horrible way to run a business! Ive been dealing with this for almost a week. So if you buy a ticket for them off Groupon and it somehow gets redeemed, they will blame you for redeeming it even if you didnt and they will not help you out at all. Its not like theyre a corporation there a mom and pop business is what ***** said. So if she had a heart she could help me out, but she clearly doesnt.
