If youre interested in paying for a service and never receiving said services hire this company. They are very willing to promise servce and never provide them after youve paid upfront in full.I could not be more disappointed in a company.

As a 2023 BBB Torch Award for Ethics recipient, Dodge certainly appreciates feedback from our customers. Complete and accurate feedback is a valuable resource that we use to improve how we do business. We acknowledge that Dodge did not complete the agreed upon move service as planned. What isnt mentioned is that Dodge refunded the customer for the incomplete service, nor did it reference why the move wasnt completed. Moving is very personal and our crews are not required to work in an environment where animal/pet odor etc. are prevalent, infestation is present, people are ill (COVID/RSV), where they feel unsafe, etc. We wont specially describe what occurred, but Dodge exercised our internal escalation process to advocate for our employees and remove them from an undesirable situation. It is rare that this happens, and it is a very uncomfortable for the customer and for **********************. We do appreciate the feedback and hope that the full perspective of what occurred is helpful.Review fromCaitlin M
