      I Took my 2020 **** Explorer St (****** miles) to the *************** for an oil leak. After 4 visits they finally got the the oil to stop leaking. On the way home the drivers side heated seat did not work. After taking the vehicle back 4 times it works as it did when we originally had the oil leak fixed. On the way home from getting the heated seat fixed the exhaust fell off and parts fell out of the sun roof. So back in for service, for the sun roof. I was told I was on my own for the exhaust. The sunroof needed a new sunshade assembly. On the 4th time when I went to pick it up there was a significant amount of water in the vehicle. The drain tubes were not re-connected when they worked on the sunroof. We are now on the 10th time and the car still leaks and smells, they put the wrong sun visor on and the sunroof will not close. The dealer offered $25,000 less than I paid for the car 2 years earlier, what an insult.

      My 2022 ***** Colorado has had the fuel level sensor in the gas tank replaced twice and it appears to have failed again. The symptom is inaccurate readings on the dashboard gas gauge. It can read full when there are over 100 miles on a fill up. It can read full when there are 300 miles on a fill up.I dropped off the vehicle at Lou Fusz Chevrolet Service on March 19, 2024. I explained the problem in detail to the Service Writer. He did an accurate write-up in the problem description.Two days later I got a call telling me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The technician said he couldnt duplicate the problem. Clearly the technician didnt read or understand the problem description. I explained this again to the Service Writer. The Service Manager got involved and indicated he wanted to drive it himself to try to understand the problem.Six days later the Service Manager had driven my truck a total of 200 miles. He said he didnt see a problem, made some disparaging remarks about wasting their time and if I run out of gas I can call Roadside Assistance. There is no excuse for the Service Mangers behavior and this whole incident could have been avoided if the technician had bothered to read or understand the problem description. I now have to make an appointment at another dealership to resolve the problem.

      My husband and I ordered a new vehicle with a deposit put down on 12/27/23. Was told it would it would be ordered on 1.25.24. When following up with the company they then told us they couldn't order the vehicle until the next month 2.1.24. On 2.1.24 they again stated they couldn't order the vehicle. They were not upfront on this and obviously don't understand their ordering system or the allotment for their purchases. Making empty business deals that they can't act on. This is VERY POOR business as we had a contract and even put money down for this transaction to occur. They didn't hold their end of the deal.

      Though I have had unsatisfactory experiences with some *** dealers in the past, I had a ******* experience with **** at Lou Fusz Kia today when I took my Sorento in because of an oil leak. I was handled promptly, courteously, and efficiently, and the needed warranty repair was identified and dealt with painlessly. I couldn't be more pleased.

      On Oct 30 purchased a 2018 Buick, 2 weeks later there were oil leaking in my garage, made app. to take it back, they gave me a bill for ********, needless to say I didnt have that kind of money, I am 82 years old and live on fixed income, so had my son find someone to repair it a lot cheaper. This is the first car I have purchased for 23 years, and am very disappointed in this car dealer. They should never have put this car on the lot with this kind of repaired to be done. Will never purchase from *************** again. I know they are well know, and have many businesses but I am done. Thank you for your time. *************************

      My son bought a vehicle from this dealership and we asked for a Carfax. They said the car had a clean title, but come to find out a year later when we got the car inspected It was stolen and in a bad accident.

      Interested in a car at **********. and talked to salesman before hand drove 3 1/2 hours to buy the car the car had a big stain in driver seat was very disappointed that they didnt tell me about it i would not recommend them

      ****************** at *************** wouldnt return my calls when I attempted to cancel the service contract. They were extremely rude and tried to gaslight me into keeping the contract. Utter trash, I would never buy a car here again.

      I am very sorry that you had this experience with your attempt to cancel your warranty. I have notified the General Manager of your concern and I wanted to give you the information needed to cancel your warranty through the store. The warranty company requires a signed cancellation notice along with a signed odometer disclosure verifying the mileage on the vehicle at the time of the cancellation. The sales/finance department will provide both of the documents to you. I would recommend going to the dealership and signing all of the documents in person. Again I want to apologize for the inconvenience and I hope that we can assist you with you sales and service needs in the future.

      Do not go to lou Fusz Chevrolet in ****************. Especially their service department. Worst service of any mechanic shop Ive had to deal with

      I had found a vehicle I loved, it had everything I was looking for, and ***************** was my salesman, which we were told that there was a customer that was interested but they couldn't get financed. The sales manager had all of my information, and my dad's to co-sign and they told us that the vehicle was ours, it was a 2011 Traverse. We were told that Thursday, the vehicle was taken to detailing, and they would call us. Friday morning, we were told that the vehicle would be there at 2pm. I received a call around 12:30 that day saying the vehicle was not available, which I thought he meant it wouldn't be brought back to property until later, but ***** said that the vehicle was sold, and forms were signed by other customers. there was no communication between salesman, and finance manager. It was a done deal and no way to do anything about it. I asked what he could do, and he said there wasn't anything he could do. He started apologizing and saying that everyone makes mistakes, and that he feels horrible, which the sales manager said the same thing. I don't feel that they wanted to please me as a customer. The customer is always correct. I told him that customers refer, if someone has a bad experience they will pass it along to others. Customers keep businesses alive, and also creates repeat customers to continue to come back. I am in the situation without a vehicle because your salesman, *****************. He hung up on me, and so did the sales manager did as well. Is that good customer service? I thought it was a horrible experience, and I will not do business with them, or refer anyone.
