We purchased a home in which ****** was the contractor for repairs. We were told we had a one-year home warranty. We purchased the home in November of 2021 and sent ****** a text on May 11th, 2022, with different items we requested for repairs. The main issue was the floor was bubbling, cracking, splitting, and caving in. ****** told ** on multiple occasions that he would have materials for repairs. On September 20th, 2022, ****** told us he would be ordering the supplies needed for our repairs. After weeks of being ignored by ****** he finally responded on October 12th, 2022, that we would be on the schedule for November 8th, 2022. On November 7th after being ignored he finally said that the materials hadn't arrived, and he would reschedule. On November 8th he reported that *****, his office person said that supplies would ship on November 22nd, 2022. On that same day he confirmed that because we requested these repairs before our one-year warranty was up he would still come and repair them. On November 30th after multiple contact attempts ****** said that the shipment was pending. On December 8th, he said that the materials would ship out on December 9th. On December 30th, he said that the materials shipped out Wednesday morning, which would have been December 28th, 2022. After months of asking for updates, ****** said that the materials were shipping out on Thursday, February 9th, 2022. On February 7th after confronting ****** again about the lies related to shipping dates, he threatened with, "We do not warrant floors and are trying to get it taken care of" and to stop contacting. My contact requests have been ignored since. Our floor is falling apart, we have large chunks falling out, entire sections caving in, and warping. This company has no reliability and honesty with how they run their business. We are beyond annoyed with the lies, and no communication.
