Had to have them come out 3 different times, our problem was never fixed, had to replace both unit and a head to our mini system due to them over charging and using shark fittings which leaked. Paid them 700, and they sent us a bill of 1400. Spent the whole winter with no heat and all summer with no air.

False information. **** installed a mini split him self. After the unit did not work like it should of he called us in January of 2024. When we arrived we found that he had pieced together line sets with water line fittings and Teflon tape a big NO NO in hvac world. Two of our guys worked on his system for 4 hours to get everything corrected. Ran new lineset. Cut out water fittings. Changed bedroom head that he said was not working with one he had already received on warranty. Found a wire splice that had a broken wire from his installation.Pumped down, pressure tested. All 3 heads were working when we left. The total bill on 1/8/24 was $1,395.33 in which **** paid $700.00 on 2/26/24 He called a few weeks later saying it was not working. When we arrived the pressures were weird. Tech believes that the Teflon tape had got in the system causing contaminates to freon. But the units were still working...We received another call Mid may saying they have no AC. Had the owner and a tech return to see if we could fixed the issue. Found leak under reversing valve on outdoor mini split unit. Factory Joint is leaking unit can not be repaired. Outdoor unit needs to be replaced We have made several attempt to collect and he either does not answer or says he will pay blah blah day. We sent him to collection 4/29/24 for the remaining balance of $695.33
