      Paid for a 4 car wash package for $91.99 on 10/23/22, they only honored 1 car wash. I was told they expired on 3/1/23. I don't believe if you purchase a service in Missouri they can just keep someones money without providing the service. I called them and asked for a refund since they did not want to honor the service. $91.99 is a lot to pay for a single car wash. They said there was nothing they could do and they would not be refunding anything. I would like them to either give me an additional 3 car washes or refund $68.99.

      Mr. ****** is referring to our *********** **** wash cards that we sell for 3 months each summer to raise money that is donated to the *********** organization.  This year the sales were from August 1st through October 31st.  The card sold for $76.00 in 2022.  I have attached a picture of the card.  The customer purchases 2 washes for $76.00 at regular price and receives 2 washes free ($76.00 value) in addition to the 2 free washes there are 2 other coupons with a value of $58.50.  This is used by many of our customers each year to help us with our chosen charity and because the purchase price is $76.00 and the value received on the coupons is $210.50 or $76.00 if they are not used before the expiration date.  

      We honor all 4 washes at full price through the expiration date printed on the card and in this case it was 3-1-23.  After that date we will still honor the coupons for half off of the wash price printed on the coupon.  We do this because if a person purchases a card to support ************ but does not get a chance to use the card during the possible 6 months before the expiration, in this case 7 months, they are still able to receive the full value of the card purchase price for supporting our cause.  For example a customer uses no coupons, they receive 4 wash discounts of $19.00 for a total of $76.00.  If the customer uses 2 coupons at full price before the expiration and 2 coupons after the expiration they receive a value of $114.00.  If they use 3 coupons before the expiration and 1 after the expiration date they receive $133.00 in services. If they use all four before the expiration date printed they receive $152.00 in services.   

      I apologize that Mr. ****** was told the cards expired, I will be sure all of our new team members understand our policy.  Generally it is explained that they coupons at full price are expired and we do not issue refunds because of the fund raising for ************.  They would be honored at half the value of the wash printed on the card ($18.00 each coupon).  I am unsure if Mr. ****** has used any of the coupons, however it seems that 1 wash has been used. I would be happy to refund $38.00 for the value of the purchased wash he has not used if he could bring the card to the location in Ellisville.

      I took my truck in for an oilchange. They left the old gasket on the filter so 2 gaskets. Oil fell out of the truck and no oil was on the stick when they checkedtheoil.. It got very low on oil and unknowingly I drove it like that. The dealer said my warranty is void and so is the extended warranty we bought...no warrantyonthemotor. I was told the motor has no warranty and could last 20 or 200000 mi. The auto spa said they would write me a letter acknowledging it happened. I want a new motor to make it right

      The owner, **** ******* has been working with Mr. **** since the very start of his issue.  However, because of over 50 emails, text messages, voice mails, that contained threats, slurs, etc, he has turned the issue over to our legal representation.

       

      What I can add is this.  We fully reimbursed Mr. **** for the expenses he had related to our service of his vehicle.  The dealership he took it to, purchased it from, and bought the warranty from has stated that there is no damage, the warranty is not void and he is currently using the vehicle. At this time, I am confident we have done all we can to satisfy this customer.
