      On 7/3/2021, **** ****** of Bo Beuckman Ford bought/acquired my 2015 Ford Mustang for $20,000. The payoff amount for the vehicle through ******* *** was $19,920.14. I have a Bill of Sale and a letter stating that Bo Beuckman Ford will send me a check for $79.86 once the lien is released by ******* ***. The lien was released mid to end of July but I did not receive the check from the dealership. I contacted **** numerous times (I did not keep track as I did not think this issue would arise), however, each time **** assured me there must have been an issue with the check or mailing address. I confirmed the mailing address each time and was told the check will be send out within a couple of days. On 11/20 I called yet again and **** was unavailable. I spoke with *****, who identified himself as a manager, and explained the situation to him. He stated he will speak with **** and get it straightened out. He also said I should expect to hear from **** by Monday. It is Wednesday, 11/24 and I have yet to hear from ****, ***** or receive a check for the $79.86 I am owed by the Bo Beuckman Ford dealership.

      To Dispute Resolution Department: #******** Thanks for notifying us about this case#******** with Mr. *******. I have investigated and found we did send a check in July for the difference between payoff and balance owed of $79.86. This check has NOT been cashed or returned to our store. I have Stopped payment on the July check and reissued a check to Mr. *******. That check was sent UPS yesterday to the new address Mr. ******* provided us. I did leave a message and apology about the address confusion on our part with Mr. ******* last night also to inform him of my actions. . P.S. I did not get this complaint on 11/24/2021. You letter dated 12/3/2021 was the first we were notified. Sincerely, ***** ***** ** ** ******** ****
