SILVER TREE RESIDENTIAL MANAGES SENIOR APARTMENTS IN THE ST LOUIS, MO AREA. THE NAME OF THE INDEPENDENT LIVING PLACE IS GAMBRILL GARDENS SENIOR LIVING , * ******** ***** ********** * ** *****. MY MOTHER-IN -LAW ********* ****** USE TO RESIDE AT THIS PLACE. MY MOTHER IN LAW UNEXPECTEDLY HAD TO MOVE OUT OF THESE APARTMENTS DUE THE DISCOVERY OF A BRAIN TUMOR WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR HER TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY. A LETTER WAS SENT THE PLACE ON 9/29/22 BY HER NEUROLOGIST STATING THAT SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO INDEPENDENTLY LIVE ON HER OWN. WE WERE TOLD THAT IF SHE WOULD MOVE OUT BY 10/2/22 SHE WOULD RECEIVE HER COMPLETE DEPOSIT BACK. HER DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED AND THE ADMINISTRATION IS IGNORING THE MESSAGES WE ARE LEAVING FOR THEM TO CLEAR UP THIS MATTER.Business response

According to the lease agreement, in the case of a "medical" move out, the resident pays rent until the end of the month that the unit is occupied. The system shows the resident moved out on 10/31/2022 so October rent was charged. Since the resident did not pay October rent the security deposit was used for the paymentCustomer response
