5-19-23 5:51pm I purchased $208.05 of food from this buisness. I drove 45 min. one way for a takeout order. They gave me the wrong food. I called them when I got home and seen the order was wrong. The manager ****** was very rude on the phone. She wanted me to bring the food back on my dime to have it redone. I expressed to her that I am 45 min. away. She did not care that it was going to cost me more money to return. She said well you drove here the first time. I want my full money refunded along with my $ 31.95 tip on my bill.Business response

Customer received order exactly as it was ordered. Customers order was confirmed twice. Once verbally and on the screen when he paid. A receipt was given at the time of purchase. Upon customers return home he made a phone call with the complaint that he received the wrong food. However we confirmed that he did in fact receive all of the food that was ordered, confirmed and on the receipt that he was given. We cannot be held responsible should the customer not have ordered what they intended. Turkey was the item in question. That’s what was on the receipt and in the bag. He stated he meant to order pork. We offered to provide him pork upon his return. This was a customer error and no action is required.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Whomever wrote this response was not there, or is flat out lying. I ordered pulled pork and they confirmed it. When I was given my togo order, they said here is your order. I have a witness that was with me that will confirm my statements and my order. I called them when I got home and the manager informed me that she had highschool kids working and the new girl on the register entered my order wrong. I had my phone on speaker and her comments were heard by three others. The manager even said she was only going to refund my order for the turkey. I have never ordered sliced turkey from this resturant.
