      I filled out their form online to list a horse on their site. I sent all necessary information including pictures, video and a description. I sent this information through their online portal on Sunday 5/26/24. I sent an email inquiring as to when it would be posted and asking to add some wording to the description. They messaged me that she would be uploaded to their site Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. I messaged with further questions on email. I then sent a message through their online form. I had not received anything back. Their last auction ended on 5/30/24. I figured I would wait to see if my horse is listed for the new auction. She is NOT listed. I called them, emailed them again, filled out the online contact form again and tried to text. They are not returning my inquiries. I cannot list this horse anywhere else in the fear they will actually list her and she will sell twice. I NEED TO KNOW THEY WON'T LIST HER so I can list her elsewhere. Meanwhile I am stuck with a horse we desperately need to sell. I haven't paid them anything as it is a commission they earn. I just need to confirm they will NOT list her and get an answer as to why.

      I would like to cancel this complaint.  I was finally able to speak to someone and get my questions answered and that is all I needed.

      I would like to cancel a complaint I made on 5/31/24 for Horsezip.com.  I was finally able to speak to someone there.  They were rude and will not list my horse but at least I was able to get that established so I can list her somewhere else.

      On April 26, I purchased a horse from ******** and on May 6 the horse arrived to my house. Before the transporter unloaded the horse he told me he had a runny noise and thats how he was picked up. When I seen Whiskey for the first time I could not believe how bad he was. Thick yellow snot running from his noise, very skinny with back bones and rib showing. He was covered in bit and kick marks and infested with ticks. This horse is a rescue horse and looks nothing like what was pictured. I looked at color markings to make sure I was sent the correct horse. His marketings where correct. But the condition of this horse was not at all what was pictured. I immediately had the vet out to check the horse. The horse was put on an antibiotic to treat for pneumonia. Also tested for strangles. The horses teeth are in very poor condition with ulcers on both sides of his mouth. Working on appointments with Equine Dentist. Then after allowing the horse two weeks to settle in while mounting the horse he bucked me off causing me a fractured back. This horse does not have the training I was told he had. I was clear with the seller Im 64 years old and needed a safe horse. I was told that this is a trail riders dream horse, and I have recently learned that the horse was bought at a stockyard and only has about three rides on him, and before that sat in a pasture for two years. That is not a horse that you would sell as a safe riding horse.

      I bought a horse from this website and paid for an exam with *************** and they said he was fine when i got home i was told she may have cancer in the eye. I had the horse for about 2 weeks and I have not been able to get any communication back from them. i want them to take the horse back, refund my money or find me another horse that is greater of equal value and healthy.

      You would need to contact *******************************, or pursue legal action against him. He does not represent our site and due to this specific situation his privileges to post listings on our site has been revoked. We do not tolerate poor business practices. We would also recommend getting a second opinion on the horse's health. I'm sorry this situation has happened but we are the middleman between seller and buyer. These terms and conditions were presented as soon as you register on the site.
