Alternator went out while traveling through the area. We were stranded so had it towed. My truck was in their shop for 11 days to replace the alternator. Replacement failed in less than two *************** manager will not return my calls. I replaced the alternator they installed within 20 minutes. By far the easiest alternator swap I've ever done. They charged $450 in labor for the job. $450 for 20 minute job is fraud. Filing small claims lawsuit.Review from Edward S

Just bought a used 2013 f150. Had a great salesman and the truck drove great and was happy with it. But later that night the check engine light came on. I kept trying to get in touch with them and every time I was put on hold. I went to the service center and all they done was reset everything. I explained to them that I just bought the truck and it's not right but now they say they can't do anything unless I pay for them to fix it. Didn't have it 12 hours and already having problems. Very disappointed with the service and I will never go back. I would not recommend them to anyone .Review from Brennan B

Horrible people, but great at selling dont fall for there tricks basically pressured my wife to buy the car on the spot and of course she cant say no mostly my wifes fault, but they knew what they were doing bad morals, bad company.Review from rick b.

i have bought two f250 super duty trucks , one a 2013 diesel which only has 22,000 miles and a 2018 gas truck , both trucks have been solely serviced by sam scism service department, every time i have the tires rotated on both trucks the wheels are damaged , i brought it to the service managers attention and had no solution , i bring these trucks in for service thinking it is better than a garage somewhere but i’m very disappointed with the lack of care

My vehicle had been in the shop there for 22 days. My transmission went out fire 2nd time in a year. Instead of replacing it the decided to repair it again. Every time I call I get told that it will be done tomorrow. They let me get dropped off at the shop, told me my car would be ready by the end of the day. I live ******************************** off street they said it would be done. Half hour later they send someone to tell me that it wouldn't be done and could I call me ride back. They supposedly don't give out loaner cars but I know they did for a salesman who's family member car was in shop for way less time than mine
