    On Monday February 7, 2022 at 516pm I ordered on kfc.com online order number ******* and received confirmation that the order was confirmed to be ready at 537 pm from Kentucky fried chicken located in Farmington mo. I went to the location and was told multiple times the order was not there, the order was never placed. I explained that the $58.47 had been taken out of my account and that I was instructed via email that order was confirmed and to come to the location to get it. At 555pm I again had them check for my order, no order I’m told. I asked for a refund to which they replied they cannot issue it because it was done from an app and to call the app. I responded that no the order was placed on kfc.com. They gave me a number to call customer service to get a refund. I then tried for 30 minutes to reach someone at customer service, you hold the line and 5-10 minutes later they transfer you to voicemail. I’ve left several with no response. I went home and my family was still hungry because I brought no food home and at 6 something I ordered a different 16 pc meal to be delivered. Another $58 taken out of my account. I call the kfc store to speak to the manager and surprise they now tell me they have two orders for me that the original order was on the computer but the computer was probably just slow. I again asked for a refund as it was their fault regarding the first order. Again I was told no and call the 800 number for customer service. I have called this number multiple times since Monday and nothing, same thing, voicemail, leave a message, they will call you back. Never have received a call. I want my $58.47 back for my original purchase
