I purchased a 2016 **** escape that passed inspection by them and 1 month later the brakes were replaced because they were metal to metal. The escape was sold to me @ ****** and will not even come close to that retail used price according to ***** blue book. The entire molding around re window has dry rotted and came off the navigation screen cuts out the rpm rise on going down hill. I contacted the cooperate office after several attempts to contact Carmart farmington office I have sent pictures and still nothing.

CAR-MART OF FARMINGTON DUE DILIGENCE DOES WELL 2 VERIFY THAT YOUR TITLE IS CLEAR WITH THE DMV OFFICE BEFORE YOU ******** ANOTHER COUSTOMER LIKE MYSELF! if this continue unresolved, i will file complaint with the ***** ******** ******** * ******** ********** ** *******, Car-mart of Farmington will be financially responsible! DON'T BUY A CAR HERE, TITLE HAS A LEIN CANNOT REGISTER THE CAR, CAN'T LICENSE IT, DRIVE IT, OR SELL IT! car title has a lien from previous owner so dmv rejected the title.... this is carmarts problem!... the car they sold me has a lien from previous owner "Ford" still holds a lien against my title even though i made payments for 2yrs Jan 2020 - Jan 2022 to carmart, (CARMART dealerships can sell cars that hold a previous lien nowadays, wow that's AMAZING!) astonishingly FORD refuses to hand over the lien release still waiting for carmart to clear this up since may 2nd its now Jun 26th & still nothing but excuses, is carmart going bankrupt why cant they hire a ******* lawyer and DO SOMETHING *THEY WILL PAY A LAWYER & SEND ME A CLEAN TITLE & LEIN RELEASE FROM FORD!! SOLD ME A CAR WITH A LEIN ON THE TITLE! BEEN ASKING CARMART TO CLEAR THIS UP FOR MONTH'S, IT'S TIME FOR LAWSUIT & CALL THE NEWS Channel's they'll do a story "******* * **** *** ******" , PROTEST ON THEIR PROPERTY file complaint with ******** ******* THE COURT WILL HANDLE THIS

I ahve had nothing but problems with the car I purchased from them only 2 months ago and it was junk the moment I got in it but since I had already exchanged a car within 7 days I couldn't do it again and to seal the deal they kept promising to fix it but still haven't. Just a joke and totally don't care about their customers just their commission

My daughter has had numerous issues with the car she purchased in January they refused to let her return the car and keep saying they will fix it but never do. She is about to lose her job because she keeps having to miss work for them to work on it but they never fix it. The car smokes leaks oil lights are on on dash and the refuse to give her a refund, fix it, or give her a different car of same value they are very rude and unprofessional.
