To Vogel company:I am searching on internet for AC service, found Vogel. This company established in 1946, I thought it could have good reputation otherwise it cant alive for 78 years.During whole service, I got in touch with crew from front desk to technicians, they are all nice to costumer: ****** patiently listens to and give suggestion; ****** came for inspection; ****** and ***** measured home size to which power AC should be chosen, explained how to replace AC in detail, ****** came with ******, efficient dedicated the job done. After that, ****** called, asked how the new AC is working. Also, Vogel offered that it will follow up twice. So, Vogel has long history, their employees friendly to costumer with patience and professional. Vogel gives good service. If you need, try this company.

We had been using a local HVAC company for 20 years. The service was adequate, not great, for most of those years but after some incompetence and flat out rudeness we decided it was time to change and are glad we did. We called Vogel, and were able to schedule an appointment very quickly and easily. ***** came to our house, did a thorough evaluation including windows, etc., and determined the unit we had been sold (that was now failing) was the wrong size for our house. Vogel installed a new heat pump, which has been working great now for a couple of years, and on top of that, the people that work for Vogel are always so pleasant and professional to work with. I highly recommend them.

We had several companies come out to bid a full system replacement for us, plus running interior gas appliance lines throughout the house after we had a gas main extension run to the house by the gas company (fully electric house, converting to gas). We had a difficult time with several of the companies that came to bid the project for us, and Im glad they jerked us around. It led us our appointment with Vogel. The quotes were not only in line with the competition, but they were itemized, easy to understand and clearly described the benefits of the different levels of units that were quoted for us. *** was professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and help us pick the right unit for our family. *** guided us through the steps to get scheduled for install, plus the process for running all of the gas lines, getting a meter installed with the gas company, etc. Day 1 of the install, the crew was on time and ready to get to work. They were prompt, polite and accommodating since I work from home. They even took care to put down runners to make sure the carpet didnt get dirty as they worked throughout the house for the gas lines! *** wrapped up the installation and gave us some pointers for our upcoming gas appliance purchases and *** came back over to make sure I had a full understanding of the new unit, the new thermostat & the app that goes with it, as well as the forms and steps needed to submit the rebates to the gas company! We have another unit thats aging that we are planning on a full replacement for in a year or so and we will absolutely be calling Vogel when its time to rip & replace! I cant think of any negatives or even constructive criticism... Having such remarkable customer service (on the sales AND service side!) is so uncommon these days. High Five to the whole crew!

I bought my furnance and air conditioner from Vogel. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and showed me how to manage the controls. From the time I call to inquire/set up an appointment to the maintenance, the customer service is always exceptional. They stand behind the products and are an outstanding company to do business with.
