The job was a 2 man job and was told that the job was $92 per hour the company ended up charging me $92 per hour per person which mean they was double charging me I was not told this when I agreed for them to do the job, if they would have told me that they charge $92 per hour per worker I would not have agreed to this no company that I'm aware of charges like that. They also state that one person was there for 6 hours and the other was there for 4 hours which is not true because I was there I arrived at 7:45am and I took a picture of the job when they was done, the job only took 2 hours6 they sat on the lot for about 30 min. talking to there supervisor. I exit the building asked them if they was done and then locked the door. I contacted them with my complaint and all they continue to do is make up contradictory stories. I don't know what you can do but this business need to be exposed with this price gauging they can't be allowed to get away with this.Business response

As you are aware Legacy Service had 2 technicians on site to remove an old 3 door cooler with remote refrigeration at your request. Our technicians had to cut the cooler into pieces to be able to fit it out of your building. As I explained to you on the phone (August 21,2021) when you called and questioned you invoice we have GPS on our all vehicles. While on the phone with you I ran the GPS report and explained all the times and charges to you. You claimed during this phone call that my technicians sat in your parking lot for an extended period of time which is why we agreed to $253.00 refund to resolve the issue. You were issued this refund within 20 minutes of our phone call. When we ended our phone call you where happy with the resolution and refund.
Two days later (August 25, 2021) you called our office accusing us of price gouging you. We discussed on this phone and the previous call how we billed you and every other customer we have ever done business with. Yes we charge $92 an hour per man. During the second phone call I listened to your concerns and explained the billing process in great detail. I explained that we had already refunded $253.00 from your first complaint and we could not issue any further refunds for the work that was performed at your Neighborhood Bar & Grill.
I apologize that your not happy with the service you received from Legacy Service. We feel we have done everything in our power to rectify this situation and address your concerns.
