Ordered qty 40 custom embroidered troop number patches for a ***** **** troop on 10/25/2022 for a total of $124.22 with shipping. On 11/28/2022 the order was marked as shipped but no tracking was provided. The vendor has provided tracking in the past. Vendor was contacted via email and phone. Vendor replied by email and stated the order must have been lost in shipping due to high shipping volume at that time of year. Vendor stated they would remake the order and ship it right away. Subsequent attempts to contact vendor have been unanswered. I was unable to dispute the charge with my card issuer and I am seeking either replacement product or a full refund.Business response

The vendor did reach out to me on the day I filed the complaint. They have since fulfilled the order. They did claim this was their 3rd time filling the order, which I do not believe. They also claim they never saw my attempts to contact them due to an employee who was supposed to be handling communications for them, who is no longer with the company. I again do not believe this, since the same person I spoke with back in November was the person I emailed directly each time and also finally got a resolution from. Either way, I will not be purchasing from them again.
I also know from multiple others who have ordered from this vendor and had similar issues.
