Contacted Co on 10th-Feb 2022 and he came out on Saturday 12th Feb 2022. My humidifier wasn't working and had lost my voice from all of the lack of humidity in my home. I was referred to Comfort Solutions by someone who had the same issue with their humidifer. *** was at my house less than 30 minutes only to inform me he would call me with a price to replace the 'stat'. I informed him i had a coupon, for $79. He informed me he had to also charge labor of $60 (less then 30 min). He left my house and never heard back from him, I paid him $104 for absolutely NOTHING. My bill shows he will call with a price. Called to remind him on Wednesday 16th Feb with no response, I am requesting a refund because he did nothing but take my money. I don't even understand the bill. After asking him about the price which was originally $139, he 'discounted' it to $104 and never heard back from him. As you will see from the bill, it makes no sense whatsoever.Business response

I apologize for the miscommunication. I was under the impression that the part was to be ordered and we were waiting for delivery. I have spoken with ***** and have giving her a full refund. We will be working on better communication with the customer and the service tech.
