I would be very beware of this company, I contracted them for a job 30x50 foundation pad for a new building, the owner came out did measurements the first time and gave me a quick quote, higher than my other quotes then he came back with a much lower quote, that was within my budget. I looked at some of their work and thought it was good, so a contract was made up, in fact numerous contracts were made up, because they couldnt get their numbers right and I had to remind them of that, Anyway, according to the contract, pay a portion up front and pay the rest when the project is finished. The start of project was @ 9:00 AM only two individual showed up to set the forms and dig the footings. The next day the concrete was coming, to make a long story short, VERY UNORGANIZED, VERY UNORGANIZED!! They were still digging the footings as the concrete was being poured. All of this should have been done on the first day. When I was all said and done, this was the most unprofessional job Ive ever ever seen in my life. Foundation was not squared it was pitted, not smooth down like it was supposed to be, has cracks in it and not to talk about how the rebar was laid, absolutely disgusting. Very poor, poor quality of work. They also said, they would come and fix the problems and I never heard back from them. And I shouldve never paid the person the second part of the contract. But I did. I will learn next time as a sidenote, though I do have pictures and texts from the contractor and this contractor been reported to the Better Business Bureau and to Angies list.
