      I scheduled an appt to have the seal on my 2 year old sub zero freezer looked at because it wasn't sealing properly and there was ice buildup on the food. The technician opened and closed my freezer a few times to knock the ice off the ball bearings on the drawer slides and that fixed the seal. Since that only took 1 minute, I asked if he could tell me why a light was blinking on the fridge and he said I needed a new air filter and there was one in the truck for $70. Fine. So he brought it in, I emptied the food, moved the shelf, opened the air filter door and replaced the filter and put everything back. When I questioned why my bill was $286, he explained there was a $50 labor charge to change the air filter! Are you kidding me? I did all the labor! When I called the company later, **** accused me of trying to be "thrifty." No offer to refund me the $50. So, I am out $286 and the technician was here a total of 10 minutes. Not to mention that when I called, they could have suggested I try opening the freezer drawer all the way a few times to knock the ice off the bearings. Do not use this company. They clearly have no ethics.

      Yesterday afternoon during our companies after service audit process; our staff determined **************************** SubZero Refrigerator was under the warranty period. The cost of her service visit will be returned to her less the cost of the Air Filter; the Air Filter is considered a consumable part and not part of the warranty coverage. ************************ was on a notification list for today however her BBB complaint reached our office before she was contacted., A refund will be sent to ************************if the are any further concerns i can be contacted at ************ Sincerely, *****************************

      Recently I contacted St Louis Appliance Repair to service my Jenn Air Microwave, ************************************************************************************************. I called them and explained that I thought the door switch was broken and needed to schedule a repair and that perhaps the service person could bring the part with them. They asked for the model number and I provided *********. I was then advised that there was a service call fee of $157.50. The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, Sept.21, 2022. When the repairman reported for the service call, he told my husband that he started to check the model number before leaving, but did not and that parts are no longer available to repair this model and proceeded to charge us the service call fee. To ask me for my model number and not do their due diligence to check to see if the appliance can be serviced prior to even scheduling the appointment is an unethical business practice. I called the company and spoke with an employee and explained what had happened and during the conversation he admitted that there was nothing they could have done to repair the microwave because no parts are available, but would not even consider waiving the service fee or reducing it. I just want you to know what type of company you are in partnership with. Such deceptive and unethical practices has an adverse effect on your brand and others. It is a shame that the consumer has to experience such poor customer **********************. Consumer BEWARE!!!This company is totally unreputable!

      I wouldn't use this company for ************* machines repairs. Our washer was fixed by a 'second' appliance repair company after St Louis Appliance Repair said our Bosch washer was unrepairable. This was after 3 visits, waiting for parts, and for them to get ahold of a 2nd tier tech support over a 5 month time frame. St Louis Appliance never mentioned or found a defective secondary computer board located at the bottom of the washer. 5 month wait with no results. Another company diagnosed the problem, ordered part and was repaired in in 3 weeks. They had no problems getting ahold of tech support. Don't use this company for Bosch appliances. Also, don't reply that we mixed you up with another company. I am writing this for my husband who worked with you.

      ****************, I'm happy your product was repaired, i apologize for your inconvenience. The determination of unrepairable was made in conjunction with the manufacturers representative as was the work which was performed previously. Our company complied with the instructions of the manufacturer to help resolve your washers problems. At the time of our last communication with the Bosch representative the manufacturer was working with the sales company directly to possibly work out an exchange.

      Initial Technician visit for 1-year Factory Warranty evaluation of Maytag Electric Dryer. Sensor-dry feature of this new appliance was working intermittently, shutting off and leaving wet clothes; however, timed-dry functions worked just fine. Scheduling the Tech visit date was straight-forward, over the phone with a human-being. Thereafter, I received an automated phone call the day prior, giving me a two-hour window in which to plan for. Day-off, another human-being gave me a phone call to inform the Tech was on his way. Technician arrived 15 minutes early, was kind, courteous, and professional in every way. His diagnosis was thorough, and he described the next steps completely prior to leaving. Happy to provide a follow-up upon successful part replacement, but this experience is a complete 180 from my last Tech (from a DIFFERENT company) visit, who was a miserable excuse of a 'professional'.
