I live at Chancellor farms and they do not properly tend to their property. For the last 3 years I have lived here I have asked maintenance to cut down their trees and to trim back their trees only to be told I would be on the list. My boyfriend has cut down trees of theirs due to their neglect of property over the years. We are in our 60s and he should not be doing their jobs of maintaining what they would neglect to do. We have had to have this place painted 2 times due to gutter issues as there were so many trees that leaves steadily clogged the gutters on a regular basis. Which the leaves left black stains on the mobile home from them not trimming back the trees. When trying to ask we finally were told go on cut them down place the trees in the front and we will haul them off . So my boyfriend did exactly that but I got injured as there was no one to help pick up the debris but us due to their neglect. I have documentation of this and you should be able to just ******* ********************* to see some of the videos I have. After I wrote a letter to chancellor farms I was injured on their property the quickly sold out to a business called yes. I thought the new management was going to handle this problem.Some men came and cut down some of the trees. And left piles of tree debris in this yard since late October. Upon going to the new management and informing her of the tree debris and piles of wood left we were told to just dont go back there . I said back where there is piles of it. She claimed her tree guy drove by and said the trees were down . NOT all of them.While returning home my boyfriend said I told them guys not to mix the leaf piles with the wood and they did. Me and him then had to burn piles of their branches and wood all night long. Once again due to lack of maintenance management and neglect.I helped him and strained my back. Which I also have documentation.Trees are still in the yard. Also due to their neglect he had to clean gutters on a constant basis.Due to cleaning out the gutters I have a bunch of indents at the top of the mobile home from their neglect .We like I said are in our 60s and pay for what is suppose to be kept up property that we rent.I have documentation to prove all this.I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the way their businesses are being operated.
