After paying business for two types of service, I canceled one of the two services within 2 business days of agreeing to and paying for it. The cancelation request was April 12th and I still have not received the $520 refund. The business said to allow up to 90 days for a refund, but this is UNREASONABLE. The services purchased were solicited in my home on April 8th. The supporting document provided here represents the total payment of $1920 which is for termite and mice extermination treatment. The $520 paid for the canceled mice extermination service is as per conversation with both the salesperson ***** and office employee *****Customer response

Thank you for your attention and assistance to this matter.
I have received from Rentokil dba Blue Chip Pest Control a check via US Mail which represents the refund amount owed me.
This complaint case may be please be considered resolved.
