The first watch I got was great minus one s**** that kept falling out. I shipped it to them and they fixed it. Then skip to a couple years later I bought a watch and they said they shipped the watch and it made it but my shipping says it never even shipped. I never received my watch so they said they could refund but I never received the refund.

I'm very disappointed that my Jord watch isn't working after only a couple years, and have learned from their sales team that they outsource the manufacturing, which has been discontinued for my $400 Meridian watch. They say on their website they are a company of designers and and artists, but now I'm hearing that's a lie. They are a company of marketers, outsourcing the manufacturing and unwilling to creatively make a mold for the piece that needs to be repaired or replaced (I'm assuming that's what needs to be done). Jewelers create molds all the time. How often have we all seen videos on ******* of people making such brilliant and intricate things? I thought I bought into a wholesome brand that wasn't lying to me. They offered me a 50% discount towards a new watch. I'm tired of this garbage mentality of throw away the lightly used, and spend more money to replace it. I thought my hundreds of dollars went towards something that would last and be passed down. I'm not going ot do anymore business with this company.Review from JOHN L

I would not recommend working with this company. I think their products are very stylish but I have purchased several products there and had issues with each of them. My latest purchase was just in the last few weeks and it takes forever to have someone respond. They sent me a watch that falls apart when you wear it and offered me an exchange vs a refund but are asking for me to pay the shipping to return it and receive it back. I have been unable to use the product since it was paid for almost a month ago. It is impossible to reach anyone. And the responses come by email days/weeks later.Review from Chris M.

I purchased a purse for my wife on January 3rd. On January 18th I still had not received it and I emailed support email. Got a reply back. I told lady it was for my wife's birthday on 2/3 and I needed it by then. She said they were in the process of moving and that I would have it by 2/1. I didn't receive it. So I started emailing again. No reply. I have emailed multiple times and gotten no reply, I have chatted in multiple times and no agents are ever available, and I tried calling the number and it has a message saying to leave a message or email. It is now 2/9, almost a week after my wife's birthday and I have no purse for her and no communication from the company, but they took money no problem. Worst experience I have ever had.
