I am looking for a refund for the money that was taken from my card that was not authorized. I would like for them to remove card information on file. I would like to be refunded in the amount of $50.00.Business response

Please be advised that I have been hired to represent Levi Nail Salon arising out of a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. After reviewing your correspondence and conferring with my client, my opinion is as follows:
My client disputes any wrongdoing whatsoever. ************************* came in shortly before closing time and requested to get her nails done. My client accommodated her and finished her service after closing time. Prior to the service beginning, she was informed her pedicure would be $50 and her manicure would be $60. Lost in ********************** complaint as well as all her postings on social media is the reality she did actually receive the services which represent the $50.
Despite performing the requested services, ****************** seems to believe she is *********** receive $50 back. My client will return the $50 so long as she removes from all social media, and has her friends remove from their respective social media accounts, all of the discussion pertaining to my client, the factual situation, etc. In returning the $50, my client wants the matter to actually be finally resolved, thereby requiring ****************** and her friends to take down the negative posts on all social media. If ****************** will agree in writing to a release prepared by me which mandates the removal of all of the negative social media activity, including but not limited to all posts, reviews, and any other content involving my clients' business, my client will return the $50.
