My dad lives at The Groves Apartments in ********** and the management and maintenance is HORRIBLE they do not address any maintenance requests AT ALL the ceiling in the basements utility room caved in back in November and NO ONE has even attempted to look at it. A request for the tub to be resurfaced hasnt been addressed that was put in early January, so your risking being cut or scratched on your behind, legs, etc, a maintenance request for a constant drip in the tubs faucet hasnt been addressed but yet THEY have gone up on the water billSMH, Recent request for the garbage disposal to be fixed hasnt been addressed either. I help my dad out because hes older so I try to keep up with his requests and its very unfortunate that he has to live in an apartment complex that doesnt care anything about there tenants. All they really care about is you paying your rent. He has renewed his lease last year and they dont come in do carpet cleaning, or any up keep from wear and tear of just livingThis place really need to be shut down its soooooo many vacancies over here Im surprised they are not going out of business. I will be looking into possibly suing them. Someone needs to come over here and see how theyre treating the residents here
