      I purchased a ******* refrigerator from ****** at the end of April 2022. Today, May 7, 2022, was my delivery date. ***** made the delivery of the wrong refrigerator this afternoon (late to arrive). I specifically told ****** at purchase I did NOT want that model! So ***** made a phone call notifying someone of the error and waited briefly for a return call. The call never came. ***** had another job and needed to leave but said he would return with the refrigerator I paid for. Based on a previous reported complaint, I'm assuming I will not get my refrigerator delivered or the old fridge currently residing in a corner of my garage taken away. I have called ****** numerous times with no response! I support small businesses and find this to be disturbing. I paid three thousand dollars of income I earned to buy that refrigerator. I am requesting the refrigerator I purchased be delivered to my home and the old fridge removed.

      Hello I am so sorry as I just saw the email related to this. Fortunately it was resolved and the customer received the correct merchandise. It was a difficult refrigerator to order at the time once we realized the mistake but we did our best and do hope the customer was satisfied. We apologize for the inconvenience and are accountable for the mix up!

      We bought a refrigerator from them yesterday. They threw the delivery charge on the loan which they didn't tell us. they told us that they would not charge us for the delivery. They charged us for the hauling of the old one away without our permission. But the old refrigerator is still here. All of this is done via email. I didn't bring my phone so I couldn't see that they added this on to the loan. The refrigerator was $1400.00, and tax $179.00. The tax shouldn't have been that much if Missouri tax is only 10%.

      The delivery was provided and at no point was the customer told that it was free as that is not our policy. Additionally there was no haul away charge on their invoice. The sales tax was miscalculated due to an error by the sales associate. The customers invoice was totaled at $1679.75 when in fact the total should have been $1625.82 resulting in a difference of $53.93 that we are happy to refund. We apologize for the inconvenience and the customer is welcome to contact us to receive the refund or we would be happy to bring the check to them directly.

      I purchased a washer last year on March 20th in the amount of $712.84. This price included delivery and pick up of the old washer. The delivery guys had an issue with disconnecting the hot water hose and indicated I needed a plumber to come out and remove the hose. However, that turned out to be unnecessary and a friend was able to get the hose removed without needing a plumber. I was assured the delivery guys would come back and get the washer, but as I write this complaint the washer is still sitting in the middle of may laundry room. I have reached out on numerous occasions (4/12/21, 4/13/21, 8/25/21 went to the store in person & 11/10/21). Each time I was told the washer would be picked up and yet it still sits in my basement. I keep getting the runaround from both James and Xavier and I am extremely exhausted & angry at this point. Sadly, the business was recommended by a friend, but given my experience I would not suggest this company to anyone. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and the only thing important to the company was getting my money.

      Hello, we are at fault for the issue and I apologize for all the miscommunications and inconvenience. I reached out to the customer just now and left a voicemail asking them to call us back and we would pick up the washer today or tomorrow. I also offered a full refund on both the delivery and removal charges. Again we do apologize and look forward to hearing back from them.
