The screen on my phone was broken. I went to the store on 11/6 around 5pm. They informed me that the phone would be ready by 11 am the next day showed up at 12 and was not ready asked for a couple more hours. I picked up my phone around later that day. It seemed to be okay. That night I plugged the phone to my wall charger and it gave a message that it was not plugged into the recommended charger. This is the charger and cable it came with. Monday 11/8 plugged it into my car charger and initially would not charge unplugged it and plugged it in again and it started charging. Each day when trying to charge my phone it got worse and worse on charging until Friday 11/12 when it would not charge at all. I went to store on 11/14 the sales guy, I believe his name is *****, asked me if I needed help I explained to him what was going on with the phone. He told me that replacing the screen on my phone has nothing to do with the power or charging the phone. I told him that my phone had no charging issues before the screen repair. He then explained to me that the screen and power are like the wheels and engine on a car. His words was and I quote "if you buy 4 tires and install them on a car and the engine blows up afterwards the mechanic did nothing to the engine that is how the phone screen and power are" he then started walking away he stopped and said that he can fix the port for an additional $65 and went into the back.

Sorry to hear that you can bring this device to see how we can fix the port even the port issue nothing to do with screen repair you can stop by store ask for **** and we will get your charging issue fixed

I spoke with **** on the phone and explained that I thought service could have been better. After speaking with **** and stopping by the store I feel everything has been resolved.
