Took my phone here to get fixed. They put unknow parts in my phone and now I cant utilize Face ID and my phone is dying fast.Business response

hey, unfortunately, the customer not saying the correct situation she came in with the water damaged phone fully dead. we replaced the screen and the charging port the device came on and she using . As water damaged phone anything can get damage inside so the Face ID part not replaceable and for the unknown part notification this normal in Apple devices when you replace any part out of Apple Store .Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I asked the owner before the repair began but if the problem was fixable he said yes. He realized the forgone had water damaged and proceeded to fixing the phone. I wouldve preferred the owner deny service instead of giving me fake parts.

My ******* S20 Ultra Screen went black. I took it to the store and they said I needed a brand new lcd screen. They replaced the old screen with a new one. There is a 30 day warranty. On the 33rd day of the phone screen being replaced the screen went out again! I never dropped the phone since the screen was replaced. They wouldn't fix the phone for free. Eventhough they informed me that it was a brand new lcd screen. They said that the screen went out because of too much pressure on the screen. Which didn't make sense. Because it's a brand new lcd screen per the business. When I first brought the phone in to the store they told me the issue and price. I told them that I would go to the **** store to upgrade instead of paying the high price for a new lcd screen. They made a point by asking me if I needed anything important from my phone. I said yes. So I believe they never replaced the old lcd screen with a new one solely because I said I was going to upgrade my phone. I believe they just put a bandaid on the old phone since I was going to upgrade to the new version anyway! This business is scam and unethical as well. I would like a refund or my cell repaired for free!!! Because I can't trade my phone in now to get a ******* trade in and I also can't get the important information transferred from my old phone to my new phone. I also had to get a lower version of the ******* S24. Not the one I get every time I upgrade. Which would be the ******* S24 Ultra. If I was able to take in my phone it would be free. Now I'm paying ***** per month for 36 months for the S24+. The S24 Ultra would be ***** per month! I got the phone fixed on February 27th 2024.Business response

as a customer mentioned he came in after the warranty, our warranty 30 days cant cover physical damages or water damages . The (screen already broken) and the problem is after the 30 days the we cant accept the warranty as company policy .even if the customer still on the warranty time we cannot accept the return for the parts already damaged.
we can offer the customer discount %20 off of the second repair .
