i have provided the original bid that ********************* provided. I have attached the cashed cashier 's check. I can go in more detail if needed. I have very detailed text message with *********************. I need help in getting a refund from the owner ************************. He has misrepresented himself and his business. He has not completed the proposed work. He has not obtained the required permit and has delayed the completion of what was stated in the bid. We paid $15,000 on 7/22/2022 and as of today, 10/17/2022 the painting was completed. He has purchased some items and I have provided the receipts. I am requesting to release his company from any obligation. I am requesting a refund of $6500 and would like immediately. The breakdown is the following: $15,000 paid to ********************* -$4500-supplies purchased and delivered to Daycare. -$4500-paid to contractor for painting (********************* contracted another contractor to complete the painting. (Painting completed 10/17/22)------------$6000 is the minimum amount that is owe back to me. I would like to increase the refund due to the delays that ***** inflicted (pain and suffering due to the delays) on me by lying on 7/11/2022 that he would be able to obtain a permit from the ************************, **. I did address the permit matter prior to paying and ********************* assured me he would be able to obtain. I have text messages to confirm the above statement. In addition, ********************* has been very agressive, rude and verbal offense to myself and my staff. We do have a fear of the retaliation of releasing him.
