            I paid Aspen Dental approximately $10,000 for dental implants. Prior to the procedure I spoke with the dentist who explained the procedure process and the end results. He stated the implants will last 20 years. The company's ad's states 25 years warranty guarantee on implants. I felt confident in the process and expensive investment of dental implants. After the process I had no problems no pain or discomforts. Two years later without warning one of the screws holding my implants snaps and breaks. I now have a broken s**** implanted in my gums and the other part fell off in my hands. I immediately called Aspen Dental to explained what happened. I was told over the phone the break could be repaired. I come into the office for a consultation with the dentist and I was told it could be repaired at my expense. I don't believe I should have to pay more money for a procedure that should have lasted 25 years but barely lasted 2 years. I want the dental office to stand by their product and the dentist's skills. Repair or refund my dental implants.

            completely unprofessional business owned by *********** dental llc as a franchisee of ascend dental. I had an appointment booked for over a month for them to call to say sorry we just noticed we aren't open ok your appt day and will have to reschedule you ANOTHER MONTH OUT. I scheduled the appointment as I needed a dentist to fix my pain I'm having not to decide 9 days before my appointment that's been scheduled for over a month then say sorry your in pain we will schedule you in in another month cause we screwed up thr scheduling not even hey I'm sorry maybe we can squeeze you in earlier. Garbage location and *********** seems to think your his ***** when the office ladies didn't like that I was mad as that felt extremely unprofessional. Then I actually came here to leave a review as I'll also be going to the bbb just to make sure their lack or service quality is shared and what do I find? Terrible reviews about inexperienced dentist doing work on paint, patients in pain as no anesthesia was given or anything else. stay away from this entirely unprofessional company somehow some garbage guy bought a franchise with aspen dental as apparently he's no good enough to open a practice in his own name I guess he thought aspen dental would be better. Bad business all the way around. AVOID ASPEND DENTAL AND *********** LLC AT ALL COST.
