Mr. *** has not removed bathroom debris from my garage that he left when he removed it while doing a remodeling job that he was paid to do, but he didn't finish. He took everything out of the master bath, put the new tub in and that's it. He did removed some of it, but left the old tub, shower doors etc. He was supposed to have it all out of my garage by 11/06/2021. After numerous conversations, he would always say he's coming to get it AND NEVER DO. HE'S TOLD TO MANY LIES ABOUT WHEN HE'LL GET IT, SO I'M DONE DEALING WITH HIM!!! I WANT HIM TO GIVE ME $125.00 TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TO HAUL THIS STUFF AWAY SINCE HE HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID TO DO IT. I ALREADY HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO FINISH THE JOB HE DIDNT!!1Initial Complaint

Shoddy job on what he was hired for and he left the bathroom caked with grout. Lost pieces to a shower that we left. He “forgot” to get a replacement and still charged us full priceBusiness response

I didn't know that they were dissatisfied until they stopped payment on the check. I called them and I haven't heard back from them. I considered putting a lien on the property, but decided not to. I will not be providing a billing adjustment since they stopped payment on the second half of the total cost of the job. I bought all the material out of my pocket.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I had a witness with me in regards to me being unhappy with the shoddy job. He did not pay for all the materials. I had a lot of the materials left such as the shower floor tile and the grout and shower faucets which Mr. *** lost that we ended up having to buy at a local hardware.The threat made by a young person over the videophone (according to the relay operator thru Sorenson) was the last straw. Mr. Lee had a young person with him and they both were very aggressive when I complained about the mismatched tile, broken tile and unfinished areas.
I want assurance that whoever made this threat using Mr. ***** number will not harm property or me.
